Clark RThe process is different than other locations. There needs to be a uniformed process when a customer uses any location for U-Haul. Plus if there were extra charges that should be discussed before the customer leaves the premises so there is no surprise and knows exactly why they have been charged more and not guessing.

Sonia OI reserved a Cargo Van to move a few things for 8am. When I showed up they said 'sorry we don't have it, no one has returned their vans in time, call the 800 number', no notice ahead of time that my rental wouldn't be ready. Called the 800 number, and they basically said you have to call a local office that doesn't open until 9 and they can't help me. Call that number and said 'no vans today you can get on on Tuesday' and when I pushed to be moved to one of the empty smaller box trucks they had, they gave me attitude and I explained that due to U-Haul's guarantee this was to be offered and notice before, and that I will be getting the $50 back due to them not having what I reserved. After having to push they got me the box truck an hour and 15 minutes AFTER my reservation time. While I tried to go to another U-Haul pickup location, this one is close to my house. After the issues earlier, being asked for all 5 stars was a little much when dropping it off as the person at the location could have change me over to the truck and, while not excited, would have been smoother then rushing me out to call the number, and the 800 number NOT helping at all and brushing me off to the New York office who I felt was just trying to get me to move to another day when I said in the beginning I need to do this today and I don't want to be told 'you can go back to the location on Tuesday' when I RESERVED for that day. Overall, NOT a great experience this time around.
Clifford BTreated terrible. Told that I was 7th in line for my confirmed rental. Forced to pay more for a bigger truck. Was scammed out of $48 for furniture pads too.
RICHARD GSamir was the gentleman who waited on me I came in. They were not available rentals and was told I should wait, and there was one of the person waiting prior to me. A gentleman came in afterwards, speaking the same language that he was. a driver came back with a vehicle which was a truck I was next, but instead gave the vehicle to the customer who spoke to him. I watched the gentleman give the the U-Haul representative cash in his hand. He said something to him in their language and hewent on the side of the office and he took the rental and I was told that I would have to wait until another vehicle came in. This is not the way customer should be treated and he should not have offered monetary money in order to go in front of someone else. He told me I would have to wait. This is not good customer service and this is also not a proper way to have the U-Haul business run. Thank you.

Leonardo RMobile pickup could not be completed. I had to go inside to the desk to get a key, and the staff was very helpful, but the UHaul website interface was abysmal and incredibly unclear, stating only “Pending Charges” with no instructions as to how to finish picking up my rental. Truck Share customer service was helpful, but there was no reason the website should have been so useless.

LEONARDO RThe two employees I talked to were polite, but there was one problem with the equipment. I tried to adjust the driver-side mirror, but as soon as I started driving, it would begin to tilt downwards. I informed an employee of this when I returned the car, and he didn't say anything to confirm that he would look into it. The equipment was otherwise clean and well maintained; it was just that one issue.

FABIO MSeats look like someone ate through them. Tears in the ceiling and dirty cabin. Never had this bad condition of a truck from Uhaul before. Tire pressure and engine light was on but only had to use it for less than 10 miles. Hopefully this truck is taken out for repairs before the next customer.
ABBAS HCheck engine light ON. Check tire lights ON. Graffiti on the side. Seats should have been thrown out 17 years ago. Highway safety kit strewn about the cab. Other than that it was great. Like driving around on a cloud.

Benjamin GIt was not clear where to park the UHaul. I also never got instructions nor explanation that it was the gas station in front of the UHaul place dealing with the drop offs. There's no signage at the property. Also the website does not align the key dropoff - I was supposed to drop it off to the person at the gas station when the website only provided me with a generic picture of a drop off key box that did not even explained the specific location I was at.

Aaron TThe clerk at the desk literally lied to my face, looking in my eyes and telling me all 3 of their 9” vans were in use, immediately after I told him that I did not have a reservation made online. He did not want to help me do it in person, therefore I walked out, searched for an available reservation online BECAUSE he told me all of his vans were occupied. Immediately made a reservation for pick up within the next 5 minutes, and it was for the exact location I was standing outside of. Extremely stress inducing for no reason. On top of that, every other aspect of the pick up was absolutely the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with U-Haul.

DORIAN RThere was a medium sized hole in the ceiling corner of the truck bed I was provided. I don't believe it would have been much of a problem if it wasn't raining. Also, I am a tall person, and I wasn't able to adjust the seats or the mirrors which seemed a little safety hazard-y. I also listed a friend as my emergency contact, but she had an outstanding bill with Uhaul, so I was unable to rent until I paid her bill. I feel like the system if being associated with someone who missed a bill isn't beneficial or fair to those that have nothing to do with it. She also told me she wasn't aware she had a bill? Confusion all around. Otherwise, the entire process was a bit uneventful.
CODY GThe location is a gas station so parking is limited, but the staff at the location is very helpful. Especially Samir at the location helped us take the truck out which was stuck in snow.
