They did not check in the vehicle at time of drop off/return. It took them almost 24 hours from drop off/return to check in the vehicle.

We had trouble with the app trying to return rental. It was late at night. We tried for an hour and then called the help line. App needs some help. Was aggravated…we are supposed to receive an extra payment for dropping at this location.. we will see

We were charged extra for not filling the truck up when we returned it. When we first got it only had 1/4 tank of gas so that’s how much we put back in it. This is bad service
