Very limited parking no clear signage. 1 truck and 2 trailers parked in the dirt next to a gas pump. My overall experience was horrible after pick up. I had to keep the truck an extra day due to the movers I hired through your website showed up 3 hours late. Putting 3 hours late to unload after a 5 hour drive. I have used U-Haul 4 times in the last 3 years and have never had an experience like this. I was charged a $150 fee for not return the truck on time.

The only thing I can state is I was charged for the dolly and did NOT have one on the truck I did expect one and we did need one too. This was a downfall. We had to drive to another location also, the location did NOT have the truck that morning so we had to drive further then expceted as well. I was not aware of this either. Customer service was nice on the phone and the gentlemen at the second store was nice too. The drop location lady in Buckingham was over the top nice though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!
Diana BGreat location and drop off. The UHaul website was down the evening I dropped off, so I couldn't complete the return on line. But I called the next morning and closed it out, no issues.
Roger PPick up was overly cumbersome and not clear, both the location and the N app process felt very difficult to navigate, most of the check-in happened ahead of time so it didn’t seem necessary to have the additional steps. The lockbox at the location was difficult to access and not near the trucks. There is no individuals there to help.
