Great location and drop off. The UHaul website was down the evening I dropped off, so I couldn't complete the return on line. But I called the next morning and closed it out, no issues.

Pick up was overly cumbersome and not clear, both the location and the N app process felt very difficult to navigate, most of the check-in happened ahead of time so it didn’t seem necessary to have the additional steps. The lockbox at the location was difficult to access and not near the trucks. There is no individuals there to help.
