Pamela HFirst, the reservation was changed and “traffic” changed the pick up location to a further location (I’m assuming to add more miles so I pay more). Second, I rented an appliance dolly with the reservation. I assumed when my pick up location was changed it was due to the selected location not having the rented equipment. The location I picked up the rental from did not have an appliance dolly (or any dolly for that matter). Which was included in the rental. Resulting in me having to drive another 12 additional (& unnecessary) miles round trip, of which I was charged $26 for? Overall I got what I needed done but frustrated with my experience. If my initial reservation was going to be changed, there should have been a call or text sooner. I’d also hope in the future, that the location it was forcibly changed to, actually have all the equipment included in the rental.

Timothy PI rented a U-Haul Auto Transport trailer from them to pick up a car, and the whole process was fast, smooth, and easy from start to finish. Bob and Joseph were both super friendly, helpful, and a real pleasure to deal with, which made a stressful day a lot simpler. Joseph was especially helpful when I returned the trailer, giving me clear hand signals so I could back it into the drop-off area without any trouble, so thank you, young man! One helpful tip if you are returning a trailer here: when you pull in, use the small road on the right as soon as you enter, because that lines you up much better to back into the trailer section. If cars are blocking that little road, just wait a moment until it clears, then pull in and you should be able to back straight into the spot. I also appreciate that this organization does good work in the community! Great people, great service, and a place I’m happy to support. God bless!

St CI showed up with my printed confirmation for my rental and it wasn’t there. It showed up an hour and a half late and the guy rented it to someone else when I had already paid for it and had a reservation. The guy was rude and literally tried to unhook the haul from my car and told me Uhaul changed my reservation to a place in Havana. Worst customer service. Do not recommend. It says if the rental wasn’t right, I get $50. How do I get my $50?
CHRISTIE SGood Samaratin was excellent. Their help was very professional and they did a great job hooking up the trailer and checking the lights etc so everything worked as it should. Very good experience
STUART Tthe equipment was given to me broken. There was a massive leak in the roof of the trailer, it was raining during my move. And the brake light was out. We got a new trailer. And this one was not only reported STOLEN. Like we were actually accused of STEALING the trailer. But the tire was mess up and it drove horribly.
