They were rude and makes you return uhaul 24hrs later because drop box doesn’t work but then charges you more money

When I walked in the guy wasn't friendly at all. The vehicle I asked for he told me that he didn't have on the lot (I clearly saw one). I took the 26 gigantic truck. The brakes were bad. returned it sooner that I said only using 7 miles. When I returned it, that guy was extremely rude. I walked in told him why I there, gave him the keys, he took them and said "you're all set", I stated that I would like to know what I'm being charged before I left, he stated " well you're gonna have to wait since I'm the only one working". Made some other remark as to where I parked the truck. I still don't believe that I was charged correctly. 7 miles does not equal to $25 I would never ever go back to this location.

Better customer service from some of these store renters,this man was giving me. Lot if attitude and wanted to charge me extra for a upgrade I got.even when I call uhal 800 customer service and the agent ask to speak with him he said he doesn't want to speak with anybody regaurdless to him it's uhal customer service personnel.it was a long wait and a lot of back and forth while the agent was still on the line,this man was very rude at THIS location

There is an error in the payment of the fare ($ 122.45)????

The $19.99 per day rate is a very good deal but the the cost added for each mile is way out of reach and not a reasonable reimbursement rate. We ended up paying over $100.00 for four hours of hauling due to the unreasonable mileage reimbursement rates. But that is a U-haul requirement versus the individual rental station requirement.

People meet need to be able to get a receipt right then and there for the money's that they spent they told me I was going to get a receipt through my email I never saw it so I can't tell how much money they charge me to look at my bank statement

The store owner was very rude and kept trying to charge my card before it was time for me t o renew. He called me yelling at me when he couldn't charge my card. I called Uhaul , but was very rudely spoken to by a supervisor. I tried to arrange a different location to drop off, even trying to drop off at a different location on my own, but they would not take it. Uhaul kept emailing me , and not returning my emailed responses requesting to finalize everything. VERY horrible experience.
