There was multiple issues with the vehicle such as not starting properly, getting the vehicle out of park, and the windshield wipers. I rented the vehicle for two days and only got to use it one day.

Just based on outside as the location was closed when I dropped off and I did not see or speak to anyone.
Kyle D.Scheduling almost useless. I had to drive 40 miles further to get an oversized truck that I wasn't given the directions to pick up the vehicle and nobody was at the location. Had to figure out the code myself. Then was given the information over an hour later.

Tried to check in virtually bit internet service is not always available in that area. Did not want to leave keys in the lock box overnight.

I called UPS and was on hold for 35 minutes. They verified that my return was accepted and manually sent me an email confirmation.

daniel B.I reserved 2 weeks prior to my move. Could not even get a truck in my city. Found a truck the day before my move, reserved it and it got changed on me 4 hours later, somehow. Area manager calls and sends me an hour away, that truck never returned. Morning of my trip NO uhaul! Man in Waynesburg, unflagged the truck so i could move. It was trashed, had a nail in the tire, ran horrible, BUT he was wonderful and really saved me so I could move two hours away!

becky D.Reserve location did not have auto transporter I reserved and required me to drive 57 miles each way to pick up a transporter at the second location. While picking up the transporter there were computer issues so I was not able to get any copies of contract or signed the rental agreement. When I turned in the rental trailer at the drop off location. I was informed that I have been charged a $45 insurance fee that was never mentioned or approved by me or on my original online reservation. The drop off location said they couldn't do anything about it that I had to call the pick up location. Called the pick up location twice today with no answer and unable to leave a voicemail because voicemail had not been set up yet. The pick up location guy was nice and polite but it is a tiny little building with computer issues. I need the $45 insurance fee refunded back to my credit card as well as the $50 U-Haul guarantee that is advertised for the trailer not been at the agreed-upon location and for me having to travel two hours round-trip to get another transporter after I reserved one at the first location. I would like someone to call me at 904-293-3609 to discuss these details and my refund. I also have screenshots of my original online booking that show the first location and time for pick up with a transporter was not available. The lady at that location told me she had just rented it earlier that day and didn't know anything about my rental.
