Could not check out by app. Man in store was no help. 6 phone calls it took to finally leave the truck. Then the audacity to charge us for gas after we put in more gas than necessary. Never again UHaul. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

There were several snafus from the time I scheduled the truck. There were several change of locations for pick up. When I arrived at this location to use my phone for pick-up it would not work. Rory at the stations was able to make contact with Ron who set everything right. Have not had this experience before with Uhal however very happy with them making it right.
