It was a auto Body Shop that also is a pickup drop off for Uhal. Nothing near a dedicated Uhaul site that has displays or options and accessories to help a move.

The person handling my U-Haul return had poor customer service, coming across as rude and uninterested, repeatedly suggesting I self-return. The location itself is cramped and difficult to navigate with a truck, with no clear U-Haul signage. I won’t be going back there.

We should have been told that the U-Haul office is inside of the auto body shop. At the very least a large U-Haul sign should be visible from Colfax.

Parking was difficult to non existent. The lockbox holding my key was too high for me to reach. The office was supposed to be open at 9:30, but they didn’t get there until 10.

Easy pickup and dropoff. Lockbox was quick. Have to take a few pictures and upload your license, but was able to get on the road in 5-10 minutes

UHaul needs to let the customer know that the checkout procedure requires them to have access to the interior of the truck. I locked it and returned the key only to discover I was suppose to take pics of the interior. It is not clear in your instructions.

My experience was not great. The location for my van pickup was changed without any prior confirmation, causing me to waste two hours trying to find the new location. Additionally, I was not informed that I needed the U-Haul app to pick up the van, which further added to my inconvenience. I hope you can address these issues to prevent similar situations in the future.

The owner didn’t walk me around the vehicle or show me the mileage or turn on for me. After the owner left, i saw messages on dashboard!!!! One was for the passenger rear tire being at 20 psi!!! And the other was “oil change required “!!!! I had to fill that tire 4 times!!!

The process to do a virtual pickup was fairly long - the personal verification process said it needed "extra verification" even after uploading a selfie and copy of my driver's license. I called into the uhaul number and was told the verification group wait time was 20-30 minutes. The drop off process done thru the app also had glitches. I uploaded pictures of the mileage and gas and still the process would not complete.

The store was not open on time. There were hidden fees. Don’t advertise $19.95 a day plus mileage and then change for gas and environmental fees. Gas tank was only a quarter filled.

Better signage - location hard to find - body shop reception needs a makeover - dirty appearance - nice person but very little communication - fortunately I rent trucks often so I know the routine - if you never rented a truck from U-Haul or anywhere you would have been confused and concerned

We ordered 2 dozen blankets and a moving dolly, neither of which were in the truck. Location was closed and We did not have time to drive to another location. Logging in via phone at the location took 30 min!!! Super glitchy system.

Difficult location to access from street, unkempt building and office space, employee wasn’t very helpful so I processed return myself from my phone and turned over the key.

The location is a mess. We had to drive over a small curb to be able to get out of the parking lot. Had my fiance not been the one driving, I never would have been able to get the bus out or back in. Also, the description of where the truck number is is super confusing.
