I set a pick up time for 1 PM, but no one was there at 1PM. I was told by the cleaning staff that the desk clerk wouldn't be back until 2PM. I asked if they could call and she said she didn't have the number which I don't believe. Why would you have a pick up window option at 1PM when there's no one there. Spent the next 20 minutes trying to Google the phone number to call, because there was none on my confirmation email. Spent the next 30 mins on a call with customer service (between three different customer services, again, because first, the google map number took me to another location, next number was only for public storage, the next number sent me to truck transfers...) trying to figure out how to log on to the app because I kept getting a message saying "oops the problem is on our side". the resolution? I can go to another location or wait 8 more minutes... Wasted an hour for no reason, I would have been back within their office hours, but told them it would be after 5PM now. Then was told no one would be at the office and i would have to return it with the app... which wasn't working! Luckily the staff that was there at 5:30 was able to return the truck. What a joke this experience was - 100% will NEVER recommend going to this location ever again.

MINAMI KI read all the reviews and I wouldn't have used this location, but I wanted to rent a van. I fully braced myself for a negative experience as per the reviews, instead the staff on duty were knowledgeable and helpful. It was only on the return drop off that things were a bit difficult, but that is on the self serve app that would drop our information only for it to reappear after starting over.

Liqing HThe person at the counter was great and friendly. However, I strongly suggest they check the van's batteries before giving it to customers. I lost 2 hours of moving because of a dead battery.
ANNA CNorma (the person who helped us at the location) was exceptionally friendly, very customer service oriented and tried her best to get us on the road. That said: She needs more training in operating the booking system. The other comment is that I received a phone call at 8 am asking why the truck has not been returned...my booking was until 4 pm (8 hours later). He was pretty insistent that I return the truck... When I actually returned the truck the procedure was flawless.

David MI received a call 5 minutes before pickup telling me my location has been changed to Langley, I declined saying this is enough notice. I show up at the original location and the lady had no idea how to do her job and it took over 40 minutes to leave the location making us late for pickup.
