* The side mirror was not properly adjusted and required a tool to loosen the screws before it could be positioned correctly. * The parking brake pedal is positioned too high, making it difficult to reach and use, especially for drivers with smaller feet.
Thi GI disputed charges. I called customer service. They told me rental location would call me. They never did. They still charged me.

Gabriela GI understand that employees need time to learn things, but should it be on the customer's time? No. It should not. The only employee that was at the pick up location was not trained well to preform a check out. What seemed like could have taken 5 minutes took almost 30, and during a crucial time period where every minute counts. It was an extremely difficult start to a very long day. And all the more frustrating because it seems totally preventable!
