Location was not the problem, although the cup holders were very dirty. Your U-Haul App was the nightmare that gave me heartburn for over 50 minutes of not working & finally the local shop opened & the guy said I was ok to go even though the App would not finish processing my pick up. Really was a pain.

We dropped the truck off after hours. There was no personnel at the site. I just don't know why the location was changed halfway through the moving date.
