When I went in and reserved the truck, I was told that there was a good chance I would not get the appliance dolly. We had issues using the app to get our truck before they opened. Sure enough, no dolly. I had to move appliances by hand. Not fun. Again, the attitude from the attendant was not helpful either.Randy B.

People who know what they are doing. My paperwork was marked one way and it was round trip. I called uhaul customer service and after 30 minutes was told to talk to where I picked up the trailer. I just told uhaul to forget it., not worth the stress.Russ D.
I requested a dolly online but there was not one in the truck. We picked up after this location was closed. We found out later on the phone that this location does not have this equipment. It would be helpful to know that while ordering the truck online. Also, when I returned the truck (it was a few minutes after 5:00), I opened their front door and someone said, "We're closed." Just not the best response for someone coming in your store.Eric B.

I expected to drop off rental and speak to an agent. Had to use phone to verify everything. I had rented blankets from Uhaul and I returned them in the back of the truck. No way to ensure that someone could not take them out of the truck.Mark M.

For starters, I'm all for self-serve automated processes and I applaud U-Haul for the effort, but the process needs to be made more clear before arriving. I have rented via self-serve 3 times now and each time was different (and confusing). Just outline the steps clearly BEFORE I arrive. Also, I ordered an appliance hand truck - it was not provided and the location was closed. I NEEDED that! Taking a picture of myself and DL seemed completely unnecessary and time consuming. I was already registered in the app. Upon return, the app would not allow me to upload a photo of the mileage and fuel gauge. There was no chat or phone number provided in the app for help. I had to internet search for a customer service number. Then my hold time was 54 minutes. I'm supposed to sit there 54 minutes waiting for help to check in the truck? I left and later on found that the website version worked fine but I had to waste more time returning to the location. Again, all for the self-serve model but that was not a good experience and I really needed the equipment I ordered! The truck was almost useless without it and I had to waste more time finding something else to use.Benjamin C.

clean the windshield of the vehicles before renting them and ensure the fuel is topped off. i could barely see out the windows. fuel was 3/4 tank. although i reserved 2 bundles of blankets and a fridge dolly, i was informed that they weren't available after renting the truck. i had to go to another uhaul to get those. if the mask mandate has been lifted, follow suit with the rest of the country. hiding behind and not answering the door is not a good business practice.JESSE S.

I returned the truck with 3/4 of a tank of gas filled. I left with 1/4 of a tank of gas. That means I gave you half a tank of gas. In return, you stated in my contract that I went 18 miles over the allocated amount and charged me $7 and some odd cents and didn't even consider that I put half a tank of gas extra in your truck. That was absolutely wrong! I also spoke to someone regarding this and nobody did anything to correct this injustice, so they can enjoy a bad rating on their service. Otherwise, everything was great and I would have given an Excellent. Imagine how much reputational damage is acquired for a few bucks. It just shows how selfish and non-customer driven you are.James M.
This location listed was not my drop off location. My location was 8 Cantee st. My biggest problem this rental was being told where I had to return the truck. When I rented the truck I choose to pick the return location later. I received a text telling me where I had to return it. I had a problem not being able to return the truck on the same street I moved to just minutes away. Instead I had to drive almost 7 miles away. That is NOT customer service in my opinion.Jason P.
