The employee was seating in her car. She was friendly but I was hesitant to hand over the keys. She thought she'd broke her thumb but after accepting our key she went inside and we had our receipt in no time.. just kind of weird but it worked outSusan S.

Give verbal instructions not everyone reads every word of the large contract. When returning the truck we spent a large amount of time looking for the drop box. Upon returning the truck this location would be a big help. But overall it was a good experience.James J.

The lady was not wonderful, I should have just used my phone to pick up the truck. I had to do a lot of the check in on my phone anyway. I also was billed as though I was given a full tank of gas, even though I only had 1/2 tank. So now I am stuck on hold trying to fix this. RidiculousJOHN N.

When we arrived, the business was not open as it should have been at 9am. No one was there to Inspect the truck and we waited about a half hour before calling UHAUL customer service. We had to have someone help us access our lock over the phone. The app also did not work correctly. The uhaul was dirty in the back and drivers area. We asked and paid to rent a dolly and furniture dolly for the day only to be left with an appliance dolly. It was very difficult for us to move with this. I will never rent a uhaul again unless it's directly from a UHAUL employee,Brittany W.
Deanna, the Property Manager at Greenville Lock Storage where I rented a unit and the truck together was FANTASTIC. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my wife and I from start to finish, from loaning us her personal larger and lighter dolly from the storage office so that an old man didn't have to work so hard, to calling me after my return was done to follow up and to say she was simply glad to have met us. THAT'S WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD LOOK AND FEEL LIKE. Go see her!Robert W.

The truck we received was clearly not thoroughly inspected. About 100 miles into our trip, we discovered that the right, rear, inside tire had a large gash in it, leaving the other tire on that side (which was later found to be soft) as the only support. Although the inspection of the exterior of the truck was adequate, this gash in the tire was not recognized, putting our safety at risk and causing a huge inconvenience in our move.Robert T.
