I had called to double check the hours. Was told we open at 10. But, won't be ready until 10:15. Need time to get system up and running. That's bullshit!. They were true to their words. No one showed up til 10:20. I had to call the district manager who happened to be in the area. By the time he got there the people were there. He didn't speak to me because the guys were there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I feel I should be compensated for all the aggravation I went thru. Will NEVER use this location again!!!!!!!!! Oh, one more thing. While I was checking the truck out one of the workers was like I need this truck moved, kept saying that. And kept asking us to move our cars. Guess what!?!? Had you been on time we would have been gone. Absolutely rude!!!STEPHANIE H.

Well not quite sure where to start I had a 1:15 trailer reservation and went to check in with the employee and was told that the one and only one uhaul representative i guess you would call him would be back in 20 minutes so its now 1:35 I made him aware of my reservation he begins the lengthy questionnaire uhsul makes their employees go through and half way through it asks to upload pictures of your license an continues with more questions we almost get it completed then the program that it used rejected our entire application so just wasted 20 minutes started again and same thing happened we had our application rejected 5 times an hour and a half then finally the employee called his supervisor who finally got it straight and at 4:00 we finally were able to rent their equipment took over 3 hours to get a rental even though I reserved it earlier that day I don't blame uhaul though I think it's either the place that rents the equipment out because if employees cannot complete a simple transaction without repeating it over and over paying it'll work it still doesn't so he calls his supervisor to fix his mistakes it boggles my mind you have one job and one job only to fill the application with the customer an show them which equipment they are renting but if your incapacitated of completing a simple task like that and thats all they ask of you either pay attention and learn how its done properly and professionally or get your incompetent rear end back home where you belong. They were unorganized when I picked it up and did not have any blankets or dolly's that I had on my order. When I dropped it off they were very rude. I will never use this location again.LISA B.
Needed a truck to transport something locally. We had the truck for a little over an hour. We went 8 miles in total for the entire transport. Before returning, we added almost 3 gallons of gas back to the truck which got it back to where the meter was when we received it. Returned the truck and was charged an additional $16 for 3 gallons of gas that we have already paid for and added. Not to mention, there is no way they assessed and added 3 gallons of gas less than 4 minutes of returning the truck. We called about 8 times after returning to dispute only to be met with a busy signal each time.AMBER F.

I arrived to pick you the U-Haul the key didn't match the vehicle I reserved. I called customer service and was on hold 2 .he with no answer. When I returned the vehicle the person admitted he was the one that put the incorrect key in the box with no apology. He treated me with no respect. When using the app, needs to be noted that a zero is added to the mileage. We spent an extra 45 mins checking in the vehicle, until I discovered a zero must be added to the mileage at checkout. If not you will be short a tenth n the app will show less mileage than when u started.Stacy D.
