Charles VThe auto trailer ties weren't in good condition, and they had to be changed. Also, they didn't tie the car well because during the trip we figured out the tires weren't untied and it almost caused an accident.

Carmelita JI picked up the 15' UHaul at 0830 and returned it by 1110. I had booked the truck a week in advance and upon getting to the rental location I was informed someone else had booked it BUT it was after me. I was asked to return it by 1100 despite having booked it a week prior and needed it for the whole day. We ended up rushing to the my storage where we loaded up only large items and rushed to my new place & unload in the driveway so to have it back by 1100. It made for alot of work especially since I had to use my own vehicle and trailer afterwards to retrieve the rest from the storage unit. Needless to say it wasn't a pleasant experience having to bolt there and back and having to move heavy furniture more than once. Upon reviewing my invoice I paid the FULL FEE despite only having it not 3 hours. Brian George 709-687-3353
Brian GApparently when renting a truck within Nova Scotia and having to cross the Cobequid pass (within NS) to move still within NS, the pass control charged our two trips with the 26’ truck as the vehicle was registered in Virginia USA and not NS was charged. It’s not the amount it’s something that should be mentioned that if crossing toll booths you will be charged the amount required to cross regardless if you are a resident or not. May want to inform those that rent the trucks that because if the registration of the vehicle you will be charged accordingly. Just something to consider for future users of the companies product.

WHY DO YOU LET ME BOOK A 10 FOOT TRUCK ONLINE ONLY TO CHANGE IT ON ME! FIX THE SUSPENSION ON YOUR 26 FOOT TRUCKS I WAS BOUNCING AROUND LIKE A PAINT CAN GETTING MIXED AT THE HARWARE STORE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CAN YOU EASE HAVE SOME VEHICLES THAT USE KMPH INSTEAD OF MPH! STOP. EXPLOITING. THE. RENTAL. VEHICLE. SHORTAGE. GET SOME CANADIAN CALL CENTER REPS OR AT LEAST TRAIN THEM TO KNOW WHERE OUR COUNTRY IS AND WHAT OUR PROVINCES ARE!!! ITS NOT HELPING ME TO RECOMEND A TRUCK THATS OVER 2,000KMS FROM ME!! Every time I have to deal with your company it's a goddamn nightmare. The people at the branches seem nice, and do their best, but your policies are garbage.
Matt BThe rental I reserved was not available I had to take a replacement as the same cost However it was alot more in gas which i was not compensated for The cargo van would have been 75.00 in gas and this 20 ft cost me 155. So double. To transport my bed total cost was 155. Gas 400 for truck

George PClean cab, ensure mirrors are in good working order (passenger side mirror was flimsy and could not properly check passenger side blind spots while driving), don’t tell me it’s a quarter tank when it’s well below that, and then charge me an extra 60 dollars for (extra mileage) when I bring you the truck back with more fuel in it then when you gave it to me. Make sure the drop off location is actually open that day and if it isn’t, provide instructions for a drop box.
Nathan WFirst this location for not the one I choose it was given to me because of shortage of trailers, i had to travel 130 kilometres to get my trailer. In that travel time I’ve spent my fuel and time.
harmeet sThey charged us for a different rental than the one we booked even after confirming the original rental was the one they were looking at. They tried to charge us an additional $175 for distance on a rental that included up to 441km even though we only drove 250km and actually overpaid for our rental by $33.
Joel ZThey exchanged the first truck (tires issued) and the second was not clean at all and have water infiltration in the cab by the seat between the cab /truck when raining (not a good experience)

Joel WCheck the truck before you giving to someone.. When I took the truck there was all the scaffolding items inside the truck and limited space because of it and it was inconvenient.
Moby MIT IS a small outlet and does not carry a large stock of moving supplies nor does it have all sizes of vehicles for rental
