Equipment was removed from my reservation because it was unavailable, but no contact was made to let me know this prior to arrival. After several unanswered phone calls, I was abruptly told it wasn't available and I'd need to rent it elsewhere. The truck drove horribly. The ac didn't work. Mobile check in was extremely frustrating. After 30 minutes, 2 hang ups from the 800 #, finally getting the key, the check in assistant wanted the mileage. I could not provide as the display said low air in front left tire. So the assistant wanted a screen shot if that. I do not know the correct mileage and will never know because of that. I had to drive some miles just to put air in the tire. I really think waiving the mileage is the least you could do for the frustration.John B.

Someone needs to check and make sure the return website works with the latest OS for the iPhone. I couldn't get it to recognize my location. I had to use my son's phone to get the website to recognize my location. Once we got that figured out, the process went smooth. Also the website tried to charge me an additional $30.00 for an unknown reason. That is not good service in my opinion.KEVIN H.

I booked online, then three days before called and spoke to Joie to confirm. She was helpful and friendly, and assured me everything was good to go. When we came to pick up the 15' truck a man checked us in by phone (I didn't get his name) and he was also friendly and professional. It was an excellent experience all around. We will happily use this u-haul location again at 721 S Main in Greer.PATRICK B.

If you're going to put a sign on the door with a phone contact number during business hours, please return your calls or pick up!! I did not receive a return call that day or the next when I called again. I was unable to complete the online return because the location would not work on either my iphone or my sisters after carefully following directions. Very frustrating.LISA B.

I was supposed to drop the trailer in Greer, SC (4 miles from home) but I received a text message stating it was to be dropped in Mauldin, SC (20 miles from home). It was easily corrected once I was able to talk to U-Haul Customer Service BUT I was on hold for 31 minutes!!! That's unacceptable.Gerald S.

My original dropoff location was not Greer Self Storage. The original location refused to allow me to drop the truck there. How can UHaul do that to people!?! I called UHaul service and was on hold for over 16 minutes and never did get hold of anyone. I resorted to searching google maps for UHaul. The closest locatio was Greer Self Storage so I drove there, all the while still on hold with UHaul. Once I arrived at Greer Self Storage, they did not allow anyone in the office. Had to call. They did however recieve the truck. So EXTREMELY disappointed in the UHaul customer support. Truck and equipment was fabulous but service was so frustrating.Erik W.

The website and app check-in was not functioning properly to allow me to proceed to pick-up. The local office required phone or web contact only. By phone, John, the local rep, was curt by saying, "I can't do anything to help you; you need to call the Uhaul 800 #." I expressed this is inconvenient to the customer. John proceeded to say, "You didn't rent from John-Haul, but U-Haul and I have nothing to do with the malfunction." After 1 hour of calls and chats with U-hal reps, the issue was still stalled and the U-hal rep assured me John could have helped locally with the issue. John chose not to help or assess his coworker. Ultimately, I had to call the local store again and the lady in the local store was very helpful, respectful and fully resolved the issue John could have chosen to resolve 1 hour prior.Bernell I.
