The truck was parked under a tree and had sticks and little branches on the windshield and stuck under the edge of the hood. The extra equipment I ordered (blankets, dolly, etc) wasn't in the truck and there wasn't anyone on site to ask. There wasn't even an emergency number to call.Michael R.

This location can't be for everybody. When I was switched from Fresno location to this one, no one explained to me what I will need...once my husband got there he couldn't pick up the truck. We called the 800 uhaul number, and we were on hold for long time. Either you detailed the process to the client during reservation or you reduce caller's wait time. Thanks to Melanie who was patient with me waited on the call while she asked me to drive back to the site. Without her, I would not have picked up the truck later. We missed our deadline anyway.Essi H.

Clean Vehicle, Ensure availability as promised without stress, check vehicle prior to renting (smoke free and sterilize) and transition of return inform customer if no attendant will be available on drop off location (online check only). I would. It recommend uhaul of any location to anyone ever. I had that truck for 4 hours and it cost me over $200 with no explanation of charges. I will be contacting the bbb and reviewing every site possible on my uhaul experience.Danielle L.

I returned the truck the same day I rented it and wish you guys offered some small refund for that.....not the whole thing, obviously. I understand nobody was there to witness me dropping it off.thomas B.
Pull the tape from my original reservation because the lady who made the original notes offered me 119 miles included in the price I already paid on Saturday! The manager at the original pick up location told me he set it up for me to drop off the truck and tow dolly at ANY LOCATION near me! I was forced to drive the truck with the tow dolly attached to it to my uncles house because of the rusted tow dolly I needed help removing my car from it!!! The tow dolly was completely rusted on passenger side strap connector. The manager at the original uhaul pickup location knew because he showed me how to use it on the driver side only!! After he showed me how to use the strap on the driver side, I noticed that the passenger side strap connector had something sticking out of the side so i ask the manager what is that and he said, "we had to rig that but it's fine." Me not knowing at the time and not finding out until I was putting my car on it, that I wouldn't be able to take the strap off. He should have never given me that tow dolly to begin with! I have video showing the rusted tow dolly and will be happy to show them to you as well as to my lawyer!!lorena L.

Overall experience with UHaul was negative. The 121 Business Lewisville location did a good job in tending to my needs. When I arrived to the location, they did not have a dolly to move heavy appliances. Contacted Uhaul and they set up a pick up and said that I would receive a call from the location, which never occurred. I ended up finding a dolly to move, but felt my overall experience was not a positive one.Stan W.

The story: 1. The attendant was not there at the scheduled time to get the trailer. We waited over 30 minutes. 2. The location had no 'parts' to help with connecting the trailer. I had to go find the parts my self at other non-uhaul locations. Took me about 4 hours. 3. When I finally returned, the attendant did not help me connect the trailer. Since I had not pulled a trailer before, I needed experience. Instead, I had to figure how to connect it by myself. I found out it was incorrectly connected when the trailer fell off a mile down the road and smashed my SUV. Yeah. But, I re-connected it, this time trying it several times before I got it right. The rest of the trip went off without a hitch (pun intended). 4. When I returned it, though, I got a lot of help and kindness, and apologies.LEWIS C.
