Absolutely terrible location. Gas station owner came out telling me I couldn't park here and he didn't accept uhaul seven though this was the location and he had a drop box. Said he was going to tow all the trucks. Was an absolute jerkZACHARY W.

I extended my rental two times, it was cumbersome and confusing. I wanted to change my drop off location, the website was impossible. I called customer service and they never answered the phone. Your website and customer service suck!THOMAS J.
They lied about the amount of fuel the truck had on return. I filled it up back to where it was when i got it (just below half) and they said it was at a quarter and charged me for 7 gallons. Could not get the truck from location using mobile pick up. 30 minutes on the phone with uhaul and had to go to another location to get a truck. After numerous phone calls, texts and emails still had to go to another location to get a truck. Delayed my move and added mileage. I don't like when the gas tank is not full , because when you go to fill it up it go from 1/4 to full . I over fill this truck by $ 20.00 I can't get a refund. I don't like not having paper work to see what I am buying.jeff H.
I have always had a fabulous experience with this location. This particular time, it was necessary for me to pick up the truck before operating hours, so I used the app, which is a little tedious but works well. The individual who had last used the truck had left the console and steering wheel sticky and gross and the cab reeking of cigarette smoke. I believe that they had dropped it off after hours, and I picked it up early, so the location had not had a chance to check out the truck, clean it, etc. This is the first time I've ever had a dirty truck from this location. Especially in this time where everyone is being so careful to clean and sanitize everything, it was a bit disturbing to have surfaces so dirty. I needed the truck at that hour, so I took it, and cleaned it up ASAP and then drove with windows open. I post this not as a negative to the location but as a plea to all those renting trucks to PLEASE be considerate of the next person who rents the truck!!Theresa C.
Uhaul made moving simple and easy, it helped us take at least the majority of what we couldn't fit in other cars. However, we were unable to take all of our furniture due to the amount of time we had the truck. We attempted to get an extension, however they had already booked the truck for someone else.Kyra A.

I wasn't told I was responsible fir refilling gas, I thought the $1.07 a mi was paying the gas. So I was charged for 7 gallon of fuel at $5 per. That lack of info is just wrong on every level. I could have pd less than $2 a gall in Tomball TxPatricia G.

I doubt I'd ever recommend UHAUL. I'd rather have dental surgery. The truck had a nail in the tire and it took an hour and a half for them to give me a different truck. New truck had 1/4 tank of gas and was never listed in my name.Marissa B.

Unfortunately, the signal here is low so I could not finish my drop off on my phone. Because of this, I was unable to upload the photo showing the gas tank with almost 7/8 of a tank and since the station stated it was 5/8 after my fill, I was charged for additional gas of almost $6.50. I have a photo showing the mileage and gas gauge as proof, but it is not worth the time to come back again, so my loss. Should I rent again, it will be at a full service facility so that I can ensure that all is billed correctly prior to my leaving.Debbie S.

I have never worked with a company with such excellent customer service. I had run into some issues and had to extend my contract on the rental. They were courteous, understanding, accommodating and more than willing to go the extra mile to help me out with NO fuss. I was absolutely blown away by customer service I received. I even got a call from the area manager, Brandon, to check on me and make sure everything was OK when he noticed I had to extend my contract. He was a true godsend!Caryn M.

The site was named by a cashier who couldnt leave to inspect the caution lights on my truck. The area manager was rude on the phone. Why would you staff a rental place with someone who openly confesses to not knowing how to check air pressure on a tire. No substitute truck was offered even though the same three other trucks were there when I picked up and dropped off 5 hours later. I will NEVER rent from this location again and if another option is available to rent from I will not choose UHaul again. This experience was THAT bad.Robyn B.
Upon entering the uhaul vehicle, we noticed that the check engine light was on. We let the attendant know and he told us to go ahead and drive it. If we broke down, we could contact another uhaul who would come out and transfer our belongings into a new truck. Every time we came to a stop in the truck, it took two minutes for the truck to switch out of first gear. It jerked and would randomly speed up then slow down again. We decided to cut our trip short of one of our destinations because we did not feel safe driving. We were also told that our trip would be $130 if we stayed within the miles and time frame we ordered. We were in the mileage, filled the gas back up and brought it back 3 hours early, but we ended up paying over $200. I'm very disappointed.Arjuna R.
