The lock box to pick up the key - it's great to do it digitally but then needing someone to open it defeats the purpose especially since the person working there wasn't there and I had to wait an hour.

Person arrived 40 minutes late: pick up time was 8am, was not able to drive away until 8:45am, which screwed up my already tight schedule. In the rush, the man also forgot the 6 pads I had ordered.

The van that I reserved was covered in snow and plowed in. I was required to dig it out. Totally Unacceptable!

waited 45 mins. before i was served. the attendant was busy with other people at the service station. when asked when he would be available to help me he told me the service station comes first and i could come back if i didnt want to wait. i used this location because i was told that i could pick up the uhaul earlier than the other location which was closer to me. i chose this location because of the earlier time and had to wait anyway so i got the uhaul at the same time as if i had used the original location for pickup. i was on a time deadline and it got messed up because of the delay from the attendant.

The use of the app to pick up the truck was an absolute disaster and caused me to miss my son's championship football game. It took almost an hour between trying to trouble shoot the app and calling and being put on hold forever because of “high call volume”. Overall incredibly disappointed and frustrated with my experience.

I reserved a 15 ft truck a month in advance at a UHaul location in Jericho, NY. I was traveling from NC to NY and picking the truck up that day. I received a phone call the day before saying I had to pick up the truck at a different location (a Gulf gas station that was further away and closing earlier). I was told there was no other option. There was no way to get the truck to the 1st location (the UHaul store in Jericho, NY) but I would still have to go there to pick up the moving supplies that I had ordered and already paid for. Completely inconvenient! After picking up the truck at the Gulf gas station we went to the UHaul store to pick up the moving supplies. Guess what? There were TWO 15 ft trucks sitting in their lot! I paid over $1600.00 for this rental, and what it came down to, was UHaul wanted me to pick up their truck for them! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not use again!

I return my truck on Monday n I received email on wed that I didn't return my truck n than I call customer service n they say sorry the location is new n there is error. N than I received another email that they charge me extra $77 for lit gas. I put gas n make sure I give them right amount. But than Michelle Call me from there n said it's less gas. N she is horrible horrible horrible Person to talk. She is should not right person for uhaul. Very very bad don't know how to handle plus still cases is open. Hope it's resoveld or I have to take action against her. This is my 8-9 rental truck in six months but this time very very bad experience
