First off the "store", if you want to call ot that was poorly marked that it even was the right location. Then I only stepped i to what seemed like a convenient store in hell. I didn't even want to go much further due to the smell of rotting meat, bad car air freshener and smoke. I informed the clerk I was dropping off and he his response was "6x12 trailer?", I said yes and then he said "park it in the lot on the side". I asked if anyone is there and he said "no, just back it in and drop it". I go around abd no one is in the lot to direct or even look over the trailer or even confirm me dropping it. On top of that I couldn't even back it in because I had no sight lines or anyone to help. Now I find out that this location is saying I had it a day longer and I'm getting charged. If this is how Uhaul chooses businesses to work with then I will find a different one.
KEVIN LThe location is was sketchy. The truck was in the middle of the parking lot wide open and unlocked there is glass all over the dirty lot, the building has trash all over it. We were scared to come back and drop off after dark.

I ended up going to my preferred (and SELECTED) location in Brooklyn park to adjust my ball mount. They are VERY good promptly helped me. THATS WHY I CHOSE THEM! I was lucky with guy am auto - I have previously been redirected to small dealers who weren’t even open when I went to pick up the trailer! Please ASK before changing a pickup locatio

Margaret Mthey cleaned off the equipment for us (from snow) and showed us the ropes. this location didn’t have any other u-haul products like seran wrap, mattress bags, or a dolly that i could rent last minute, so that was unfortunate, and it was inside a grocery store which was a little odd. there was no official parking lot so i had to park on a busy street before going in. but with those caveats, i wouldn’t think twice about going back.
Jessa DThe lot was terrible and full of ice and snow. The trailer was buried in snow, stuck and hard to move. Staff did zero assist; instead said hook it up and bring it in front of store to check the connections.

CHRIS KIt was store were the men tell us to wait then when he come out he said don’t speak another language in my office only English, me my brother told him why that is rude he said he speaks English in this place if not go outside. Then when he give us the key he wouldn’t show us the car he told us to look the number, we found the truck but their is another truck park we could back up we come back to him he said drive on the grass over. This men had no respect for the customer but we need the car but will naver go back to this location!

KAZEEM KThe site was close to a gas station, which helped. The lock box was a little hidden in the back of the lot, but no big deal. Importantly, the shop attached to the rental franchise has a bodega cat, which counts for a lot to me. 10 out of 10 stars for the affectionate cat.

Shaneka GThe initial location for a 3 x 8 trailer was pick up was Montrose, MN which is 40 miles one way from my house. I switched to 4 X 8 and got much closer at Guy Am Auto. U haul does not move trailers around to me your need.
Tom MThe manager, Sun-Sun, was very helpful in processing my rental and return. Very thorough to make sure I was set up safely when I picked it up. Organized in that the trailer was in the parking lot ready to connect to my truck. The only minor issue was the rental business is run from inside their small grocery store so it wasn't easy to get a hold of him to pick up or drop off the trailer. I had to wait 5-10 minutes on each end just to find him and take care of the transaction.

Kenneth CAgain… If person is on site like they were here, they should be able to take photos and document if the app didn’t work. I asked if I could email him the photos but he took a look inside the trailer and said it all looked good and he’d “vouch” for me.

Jennifer CHi, I reserved the U-Haul under my name, Nefertiti Bryant, for March 15th, but I had my mentor pick it up because I did not have a License. Anyhow, the truck transmission was not performing as it should. It would not pick up speed the way there or back. Not to mention that the guy at the U-Haul place had terrible customer service, needed to speak English, and was agitated with the customer. This is the second time he has acted in such a way. Last time, on May 1st, 2023, he also gave unsatisfying customer service. Thank you for your time on this matter.
