Pretty much everything, the trailer was damaged, the gentleman at Hi Fi was nice enough. Secondly had to return some boxes because I was over prepared. So I took them to a uhaul location to return. STOOD IN LINE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF. The staff at the US 1 location in Melbourne FL is so under trained it astounded me to see how Uhaul continues to let them tarnish their... well... nevermind. The only reason I picked Uhaul was because they are the only service that offers trailers. Then after I arrived in Virginia Beach, I was told to drop off the trailer in Chesapeake. This is hands down the worst place. Upon arriving I asked a gentleman working outside if he worked there. He did not acknowledge me or the trailer, then another guy walked out. Told me where to park the trailer, we are not suppose to park the trailer. An equipment drop off is there for a reason. But we decided to help out and try and park the trailer. Both of the guys mentioned afore were standing there one on his phone and the other decided to chirp in when the trailer was going the wrong direction. It took us three times and everytime he said the same thing. So instead of constructive cristism I told him we got it and he stormed off and went inside and with that we dropped the trailer where it was. I went inside to sign paper work and asked for the manager. I was told by the girl at the front desk that she was kind of a manager. Yall have to get this whole customer service thing down. You guys have the only trailers available for rental. Everytime I walk into a uhaul I'm going to regret my decision of going in for anytime here in out. Parking location of vehicles was very tight and small which made it very difficult to take the vehicle out of the parking location. The attendant that gave me the vehicle was ver friendly and welcoming which made the experience great..

The Uhaul rep on site put in the wrong destination address even after I repeatedly told him that he entering in my billing address instead of the final destination for the move. After I stressed to him multiple times he told me that I would be able to send a text message to choose the uhaul delivery point. Shortly after I received a message saying that I was to return the Uhaul about 80 miles from where I wanted to get to, ending up in me being overcharged by more than 100 dollars.

The truck was filthy inside at pickup. It was if a soda can had exploded inside the cab. We spent an hour cleaning the inside cab. Other than that my experience was very good at both pickup and drop off.

I rented the truck for 24 hours. I spent 20 minutes on the clock watching a man who clearly did not know how to use the Uhaul computer program struggle going back-and-forth between the same screens. I then use the next 15 minutes of my rental time to wash love bugs off the front windshield and turn signals. Dead bedbugs on the windshield is a safety issue. Customers should not be on the clock while they’re cleaning your vehicles. Lastly, carting around a bag of your blankets that I don’t use takes up space that where I could’ve put my personal possessions.

The man there was very rude and nasty! He tried to rip me off when I picked up the trailer. I reserved online for 1 day (24hrs) and then I received a call stating the trailer I reserved was not available at the location I selected. I was sent across town to this HiFi location to receice poor rude disgusting service from a man who refused to give me his name and tried to charge me fpr 2 days. When I told him no I only reserved for 1 day and was only needing the trailer for a few hours, he stated he was closing. and I would have to keep the trailer until the next morning, no problem. I asked him to fix it in his computer to a 1 day rental. He said he could not do that as I already reserved online for 2 days. I showed him the picture and screenshot of my reservation stating it was fpr 1 day! He was very rude and disrespectful and did not want to make the adjustments. When the trailer was returned the next morning, he refused to give me a receipt or any paper work showing the trailer was returned. He hand wrote a price on a piece of paper. I got an email an hour later stating the trailer was never returned. I immediately called him and he started yelling at me on the phone, stating if I dp not like the way things are handled then I need to take it up with uhaul corporate! I again asked for his name, he said his name doesnt matter and it is not my business, call uhaul corporate and slammed the phone in mu ear. An hour later I received an email with a reveipt showing the trailer was returned. He is terrible and uhaul should reconsider their business through this man. I will never go there again and i will never refer or recommend that location to anyone!!

Don't charge a customer for insurance when not asked. I made reservations and said no insurance. Man at store didn't ask and charged me.

This is a car stereo place with a U-Haul side business. The only reason I selected this location was because it was close to my destination. The "attendant" expected me to back up and unhook the trailer and took forever to do a simple checkout. At my pick up location, the 80 year old owner did everything for me. Not at Hi-Fi. TERRIBLE!!

My order was changed twice after I went in and placed it. Uhaul called me to tell me the guy got it wrong TWICE. So I changed the order BOTH times. I mean, seriously, train your employees. First the guy at the location then the lady that called the first time, BOTH messed up my simple order of 17ft truck, one day, in town.

Location was okay. They women that took care of us was great. The younger girl was kind of rude to another customer. But, I’d go back if I need to. Where I was told to drop it off is another story. He wouldn’t except my truck because he was leaving even though the sign said he was open until 4. He lied and said he was just the office cleaner. Then when I went to put my keys in the box he wouldn’t let me and wouldn’t even considerate it. Told me to go to another one.

Find someone that can spell customer service let alone understand it. I reserved a 17' truck. I had the confirmation with me. They did not have a17' at the location. They gave me a 20' truck That I did not need or want and charged me the 20' truck fees. This is pure example of customer rip-off and disservice. NO EXCUSES for this behavior besides CARELESSNESS and DISRESPECT. To top it all, the truck was dirty. The cup holders were full of sticky slimy black stuff like spilled soda and dirt or something like that. I guess they are consistent in that aspect.

1. Reservation was for 8 AM. The location does not open till 9 AM. 2. The parking is horrible. 3 While I applaud the hiring of people with disabilities, the person signing me out in the morning was deaf, and unable to answer my questions. 4. As such, I did not conduct a thorough inspection (my fault, but in my defense I was an hour late). And the vehicle did not come with a dolly, forcing me to go to another uhaul location (further delaying my move. 5. The location did not have customary supplies (boxes, tape, pads). 6. The fuel level was 1/4 tank, making it nearly impossible to return the vehicle with the proper amount of fuel. I was charged $8 for not having enough fuel upon return. I take the charge as a lesson in your shoddy business practices (think rental cars- out full/in full). You have lost a customer for life.

The owner was very dishonest the truck rear inner tire was blown I tried to show it to his helper with no luck communicating so I took a picture with 2 different phones. Upon the return “with only 12 miles used this comes to the last part of my complaint” the owner received the truck and tried to charge me for the inner already blown tire big scam???? Then with only going 12 miles I pumped in 3 plus gallons of gas returned for the guy telling me the gauge was wrong so I said just bill me well I was told it was $50 plus $5.50 a gallon so I asked him where the mark he thought was he showed me the full mark and said it was 7/8 mark so I went back to gas station and pumped to his mark “7/8 “NOT and the truck was over full so that truck must get the worst gas mileage 1 mile per gallon never I am a CDL OVER THE ROAD DRIVER my rig gets 7.5 miles per gallon so I was ripped off for $9.00 in gas and additional 2 charged miles at .79 $1.58 also the my time and helpers “2” dealing with the dishonest thief trying to charge me $300.00 for a tire already blown. How many times has he done this and got away with it as a CDL driver I look all tires over lucky for me SO WHAT ARE YOU AT UHALL GOING TO DO??????

I said yes to helpful because there was a man who had no voice that was helpful but he wasn't the boss. The boss was more interested in the cars and putting stereos in them. Uhaul is an after thought to him. The stereo shop is dirty and grungy.

Was transferred to another location without being informed. It took over 2 hours to get a working truck and I still had to go to another store for my furniture pads. I don't know what has happened to U-Haul over the years, but I will start looking at other places if this continues.

Make sure the sales person knows what they are doing; add equipment, print receipts, etc. Also the sales rep was very inappropriate and my husband had to go back up there to talk to him! We will NOT be renting from this location again & we will not allow anyone we know to rent from them either!

A tow dolly that I returned was not checked in for over 12 days. No charges were applied to my CC, but when I called customer service to verify the return several days later (they said I should get an email with receipt verification of return), they said that the equipment has not yet been turned in and that it is reported as lost. After getting in touch with another facility, the manager personally went to this location, picked up the tow dolly, and took it to his store and reported it as turned in on time, and then personally called me to let me know that everything was taken care of.
