Convenience store location. One guy handling regular customers in addition to uhaul rental. I had made reservations for a 20' truck several days in advance. Was told the day before p/u that I would have to drive 40 mi/one way in the opposite direction to get one... changed the whole job. The location didn't have all the items that I ordered and was unapologetic about not having those items. They also handed me the keys to the truck with zero help on which truck it was. I would not recommend this location to anybody.Christopher D.

Not allow this location to do any Uhaul services. I was at the C&S store on hwy 78 in Jasper all-day February 8, 2020. The manager by the name of Sunny, did not know how to operate the system at all. He was using his cell phone. The owner of the store, would not answer his cell phone for anyone, not even the Uhaul rep. I returned on February 9, 2020, and the service was horrible. He tried to process my payment and it kept declining my Visa Debit card from my bank. While on the phone with the rep, I asked her could I try the 24/7 truck share, she said yes. It worked instantly. I then went in the store showed her that the truck was booked and ready to go. The message from Uhaul said that I walk in, and just grab the keys. The lady in the store then continued to tell me that she could not give me the keys unless the owner of the store said so, but he was not answering his phone. I then asked for my money back she said that she can't do that and for me to leave the store. I told her that, I either need my money back from the rental, or the keys to the truck and I was not leaving with either or. She told me to leave and don't return. I said if I leave, I will contact the Jasper Police Department, and I will be returning with them. She then brought the keys out of the store. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USE C&S ON HWY 78 JASPER, AL.Cynthia G.

I can't comment on this because I was not present at the drop off. My niece reported the leak. I do want to comment on the entire experience because I was overwhelmed with how helpful the Customer Service and Scheduling people were (Ashley, Debra, and Ken). I was panic stricken when the original pick up location was changed by the local agent in charge at the last minute. I called the 800 number and they immediately reassured me and arranged for me to to pick up the truck at another location . Although it required another 30 minutes to get there, at least my family didn't drive all the way from their home for nothing. Part of the problem was that it was Sunday and very few UHaul locations are open.babara W.

Overall I had a great experience with Uhaul. It was an easy process, however their were two issues the company needs to address. The call center people were great which is unusual! but although I repeatedly scheduled my pick up for 8am it came in as 12noon. I called back and it was easily corrected. The other issue is I brought the truck back on exactly half a tank but the chart showed less. I didn't mind paying the extra because the process was easy but whomever did it seems slightly unethical. Overall , Uhaul seems like a great service that I was pleased with and will use again.Hubert F.

I got a text message changing the location when I was on my way to drop off. I went to the new location and they weren't available for Sunday deliveries. I had to call customer service and the location was changed back to the original location. The changes are really a pain.Toni T.
