Make sure the info discussed on the phone when reserving a truck reflects the contract at pick up. In our case the scheduling agent on the phone told me the price included a 15 foot truck and 166 free km. Upon pick up it was now decreased to 84 km. A phone call was made and I spoke to the scheduling agent who determined there had been a mistake relaying the info and she told me she was adding 100 free km to the 84, that she would adjust it all. When we dropped off the truck finalizing things with our cell phone, I had to pay the surplus km above the 84 in order to be able to submit the return. I did mention in the comment that I disagreed with the charges and explained so I hope the charges will be dropped for the extra mileage as agreed to and promised by the agent on the phone.

The rental agent on site never even came out to make sure all was ok. The strap maybe a squeaking noise. The truck was covered in snow. Upon returning the truck, again the agent did come out, we could have left the truck in bad condition with no gas, he would never have known. Seems to me that there is something lacking in the rental process.

Emanuel Ci went to a store to rent a pick up , the guy booked me a cube telling me it was the same price , 150 km included and then 0.30$ / km . finally no km was included and it was like 0.99$/km , i ended up paying 408$ + gaz for my half a day renting . almost 500$ ... and one of your staff booked for me and told me its the same price as a pick up truck .... (here the store i took the reservation in with a humain : 8100 Bd Cousineau, Saint-Hubert, QC J3Z 0G8 ) wayyyyy to expesove for my trip and espacially after someone booked for me and told me it was the same price . i did 200 miles , wich is 320 km i think or so i should of pay half price of this ... this is a scam let me know if you can do some king of refund or something ... V.
