Ashley who handles the returns was not in and when the gas station attendant called her, she said for us to just leave the keys. She charged us for gas even though we returned the truck with more gas then when we picked it up. We want the gas credited back to our account.Joseph Z.

I previously read unfavorable comments about the pickup site in Poplarville, MS. I didn't have any problems with the staff, or the services, or the trailer. However I contacted them ahead of time, and I made sure to pre register online. If you do that then you shouldn't have a bad experience here. Everything went smoothly. 5 Starts!Donna W.

Uhaul charged me$106 fuel charge for 20miles . The place I rented it from was Hall's in Poplarville Ms. 28 gallons of fuel for going 20miles, not possible.Melodie B E.

I reserved a trailer on the 28th of June and scheduled a pick up time of 10:15am later notified that a pick up time was 2:00pm I'm 63 Y/o and had help that morning none in the afternoon. When I arrived @ 10;00am and explained my situation and my dissatisfaction the girl behind the counter copped an attitude. I then had to drive about 45minutes to pick up a trailer in order to accommodate my help. I have used u-haul in the past with no issues. I DOUBT SERIOUSLY IF I WILL EVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN!robert P.
personnel who inspected the returned vehicle was unfriendly, used foul language and was pounding fist on truck. He also was angry because moving blankets was not folded (I was not previous told that the moving blankets needed to be folded when returned). He remained angry even after I folded the moving blankets I am concerned that he may retaliate if he knows my name and address. Please do not give him my personal informationrobert P.

I arrived at the location about 2:40. After 3 attempts to get my information entered; phone numbers, credit card etc , the location finally turned me over to uhaul traffic. It took Uhaul traffic another 2 attempts to finally get everything entered and have me on the way. This was after more than an hour of waiting. I can't say that it was just a problem at the location because even U-Haul traffic struggled to get everything entered and accepted. This meant that I had to call someone to pick up my kids from school and it ended up being a tremendous hassle and inconvenience. Needless to say, my wife was hot under the collar when I wasn't there to pick up our kids from school.JOHN M.

Pick up location advised me that I could not rent the trailer without purchasing $40 worth of coverage. I needed the trailer so I just paid it. Extremely disappointed. I also had to sweep the inside of the trailer as it was dirty and littered with garbage.Todd K.
