Truck had trash behind the seats, also the box was dirty. I had to wash it out before we could load household items into it. Other wise everything was fine.

Susan YMade reservations by phone, but elizabethton location entered the wrong destination and when I ask about it I was told it would be ok. Dropped off in Grayson, Ky, which was correct location on Saturday night at above 10pm, and they were too lazy to check the truck in on Monday, but waited till Tuesday and charged me another days rent. I have pics of us dropping the keys in the drop box with date and time!

Marvin BService was good up until I returned the 12’ box trailer I rented. The man who unhooked the trailer was extremely rude because I asked him to lift the trailer off of my hitch ( none of the trailers had jacks). One super ride employ ruined the work of everyone else.

Charles PThe guy who I talked to when I first arrived got a phone call. I asked him some questions and he literally ignored me so I had to press the issue. The woman working in the office was sweet and polite. She did her job well.
Scott OTrailer was damaged and only one they had, supervisor looked at it and said it was OK to use and was supposed to put yellow X’s where the damage was and did not do that. I used the trailer with no issues but was worried something might happen on my 800 mile trip.

The people at H&B were wonderful. Was promised $50 for additional fuel cost but nothing was noted. I would not recommend uhaul for rental any more

Linda JThere was no note to call the company when we got their after hours for our 24/7 pickup. We spent over an hour on hold with u-haul to figure out why the online check-in wasn't working, to never have anyone answer the line. The next morning the people were great here and apologized that there were not instructions in the contract to call them.
Robert JI was quoted 140$ for local move. I was then charged an additional 58$. Then upon return I was again charged 58$ and an additional fee of 160$ making my 140$ rental actually costing me 416$. After an hour plus on the phone with U-Haul I recied a 63$ refund. Still way above the 140$ quote I originally recied. I'll find another company next time I need a truck.

Michael FWe’ll. I’ll probably never use uhaul again. Drove through some rain moving to Savannah ga from Grayson Kentucky and ruined almost all of our furniture. Truck leaked in multiple places and back door doesn’t seal. Cost us an unexpected 1500. Might have well have drove our car an started over fresh. $1500+uhaul and gas. Rental. Could have furnished a home.

John FThe truck was very dirty inside. There was dirt, debris and ashes spread in the cab. Very bad smell in cab. These trucks are not being cleaned and sanitized. The lady at the location was rude and not professional.
