proposer des formulaires de recommandation en francais :) tout était ok, j'ai été bien conseillée. Prévenir que le retour en dehors des heures d'ouverture demande un téléphone avec connexion internet. Bonne expérience, je recommanderai ce point de service.

Daniil M- Il serait utile de préciser au locataire, le type de carburant qu'il doit mettre dans le camion qu'il a emprunté. - Une petite visite guidée des fonctionnalités basiques du camion serait aussi utile. Pour les personnes qui empruntent un camion pour leur première fois, elles ne savent pas toujours comment s'y prendre avec. Le service est très satisfaisant et peu complexe, une très belle expérience à renouveler et surtout à recommander. Merci !

Fabien TWe were not able to complete online check in and check out due to bugs in the system. It was a bit frustrating. We would check in at front desk next time, much more efficient and a nice experience.

Jean LThe app used to pickup my rental van didn't seem to be able to scan the reverse of my driver's licence. After numerous tries, I had to go to inside to ask the very kind clerk to help me. That's the reason I put only 3 stars, because for the rest, I had no problem with the rental vehicle, although the cargo area could have be cleaner.

Jean-Pierre CUpdate the company's web site and Internet information. We learned that 3 other rental centers that we tried to reach were closed, while there is still information about them on Google.
Steve PDirect deposit my deposit fee of 100. Again, it ain't rocket science, there's no valid reason to send checks in the year 2022, were not dinosaurs, get with the times. Asides from that, personel was helpful and I can't say anything bad about them at all! Top notch
Robert PMy main concern is not about the location, but about the online experience. This was awful. I tried recently for another date, thought it was a temporary issue, but no, again, this time: impossible to use the site in French! French is offered, but nothign works. As such, I decided to use English and it worked! How come I cannot rent a u-Haul in French in Québec? That makes no sense. I don't care that the trucks have adds in English or are in miles instead of KM, but the fact I cannot complete any transaction in French because the site is not working make no sense. Don't offer a French site at all is its not working! Maybe you need one to operate in Quebec, I don't know, but I'm pretty sure that if you need one, it has to work. As said, horrible and frustrating experience, not only once, but 2 attempts, probably 2 weeks apart!
Denis MThe box arrived more than one day late, without the packaging materials I ordered with it. The staff was hard to reach over the phone, and they were wrong (or lied) when they said the box would arrive the same day in a couple of hours. This is not acceptable when you have friends and relatives that took time off their normal schedule to come and help you load the box. I was also leaving for the other side of the country, so it could have been disastrous not to get the box on time. I must say the staff and the overall experience in Alberta was way better than in Quebec.
Marc-Olivier TAutomatic rent by Mobile phone is catastrofic! Hopefuly, the entrepot was open, and they help me. The truck was clean and easy to drive.
Guillaume AI ask for 7:30 and the request was for 8:30. My day was a desaster on all my appointment. The person on site, kindly help me to fix issue. Application for selfservice is not working at all. I have to call the help support 2 times where I was first 5 min waiting and the other the store open before I reach a person.
LouisEric RThe cabin was really dirty... I haven't even let my child go inside the cabin. There was a lot of old sweat and hair everywhere... I haven't returned the truck because I had to move that day... Otherwise I would have asked for a refund... I have lots of photos from the dirty of the cabin if you like.
