Le camion ne vient pas avec l'essence pleine malgré qu'il indique près de la barre du F. Ca m'a couté 40$ pour 29 km, ce qui est très dispendieux... ca aurait du revenir à environ 12$ maximum avec le prix d'aujourd'hui. Mais pour le reste, bon camion, bon service super simple. :)

1985 Rue A R Décary, Québec, QC G1N 3Z8. Peut-être, c'est mieux dans dautres succursales. Accueil peu chaleureux. Véhicule non propre dès la prise en charge. À notre retour, la préposée nous a demandé de le nettoyer. Nous lui avons pourtant signalé que le véhicule était déjà sale au départ. Elle ne voulais rien savoir. Situation frustrante et peu équitable

Jafeth GI rented at first the smaller truck, regarding the dimensions of mattress and base's recommandations, written on the WebSite. Turns out that it did NOT fitted at all and I had to returne to rental place and rent a bigger truck. They charged me for both trucks! Even if it was a wrong recommandations from the website. Really bad experience with Uhaul for me :(
Joany LMake sure that final billing (171,32$) is reprenstative and true to the initial bill (132.41$)... The technician could not explain me why it was more costly...
