The app used to pickup my rental van didn't seem to be able to scan the reverse of my driver's licence. After numerous tries, I had to go to inside to ask the very kind clerk to help me. That's the reason I put only 3 stars, because for the rest, I had no problem with the rental vehicle, although the cargo area could have be cleaner.
