Truck had front end damage, when u apply the break the whole front end shakes and when u turn the steering wheel the steering makes loud clunking noise

Terrible customer service experience. Had to wait over 1 hour for my rental truck (that I had booked in advance), and still had to hear the incompetent employee saying "it was not his problem". To make it worse, I returned the truck on time, but they waited to process the return until the end of the day and chaged me an extra rental period. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST.

JAYMIN PThe vehicle I had reserved was a smaller one, but I was given a larger vehicle because they said the original one was not working. As a result, I had to pay more for the upgrade. The car was not very clean; however, considering the season, this was understandable. The fuel level was quite low, with only about 6 miles of range remaining. Even though I had already completed the reservation online with all the required information — including address, payment details, and contact information — the service was slower than expected. The staff member was polite, but the process took too long. I arrived at 3:15 p.m. to pick up the vehicle and only left around 3:50 p.m.
VALMIR VThe people in the store have to call some other guy because they don't know what they are doing. Happened at pick up and drop off. Truck was covered in snow. Over charged me after I left the store because they couldn't figure out what to do without calling other guy. I drove the vehicle 1 mile and had the vehicle for 6hours and 20 minutes because I had to scrape the ice and snow off and wait for rental so they charged me for double. Was suppeds to be about 50 paid 110. I will never use this service again.
