Two weeks ago the 5x9 trailer had no right tail light working so I switched the trailer. This weekend that was the only trailer that was 5x9 on the lot with a right tail light out, the wires under are broken. Please get it fixed and don't rent it out. Thank youDAVIDG L.

The vehicle was surrounded by piles of garbage when we arrived. The van had a pungent smell in it. We determined afterwards that it was due to a package of "Tiger Grass"! A packet of potent catnip that had been left on the dash of the vehicle, roasting in the sun. Needless to say, there was no way that the vehicle had been sanitized prior to use. I would appreciate a coupon or voucher for free storage as compensation, as I was still charged 60$ for 30 kms use and 2 hours. Thanks, the van worked well though. So all good there.BRYANG R.
Ramp was hard to close and lift gate would not go up all the way without extreme force and then almost wouldn't come down. Truck was filthy inside. I've rented at others and they wipe them down inside. This one had very strong smoke smell and was hard on my lungs. As I'm allergic to the smoke.DAVID B.
I rented a ten feet truck. I drive inly 16 miles and put 2.25 litres of gas in it. Still store owner charged 12 dollar for the gas. How efficient your vehicles are which use 8 litre of gas for 16 miles. Customer service were very rude. With every question only one reply that call Uhaul or everything will be on receipt. I have had the worst experiance with uhaul! Ingot screwed ofer twice in 2 weeks! Went to pick up my rental and got told it wasent there, guy got a â€œflat tireâ€ delivering it and couldnt make it. Second one i booked a motorcycle trailer, drive 30 minutes to be told he closed early. Uhaul has been shit! Wasted more money then you helped. This location was great but had nothing to do with you or helping. Your customer service sucks. Waited hours in total to speak to someone. Shit company.BRANDONL S.

I called to book a trailer rental for 2 days of use. I was told that I was given a day and if I needed another day to call in and request an extension on my rental. When I arrived, I was told that I only had 5 hours with the trailer and then it needed to be back. I called in to get an extension like I had been told on the original phone call and they reverberated the same thing that it had to be back within 5 hours and an extension could not be given. I had no choice and had to keep the rental for the 2 days like I requested and I returned the trailer as soon as I could, even before my 48 hours had passed. I am now left with $180 bill for a $29.95 a day rental that I used for 2 days. I'm not sure how that makes sense but I can see that they charged me more because they lost out on other bookings. What a horrible and scummy way to do business. I will not be returning.Mathew T.

For a 6x12' cargo trailer, there should be a jack attached to the hitch frame in order to hook and unhook the trailer safely. It took all my strength to lift the trailer on to my truck hitch. If I had to have unhooked the loaded trailer for any reason there would be no way I could have done that even with the help of others. I have had a sore back since and should perhaps pursue UHaul for personal damages. For sure I will look for another rental company option for my next moving equipment needs.BRIANL W.

Had an 8:00 am pickup. Did all the online check in. Site said check in complete. Arrived at the location at 8:00 am, by 8:30 I was hooked up and ready too go. No one had showed up yet so it left (I had an appointment to pickup furniture). At 10::00 am I get a call from UHaul freaking out that I left without a contract. Well what was the picture of both sides of my license, my credit cared number, my address, my vehicle size and everything else. Besides if the owner doesn't come to work till 10 and I have an 8 pickup, what I suppose to do for 2 hours. Upon returning, pulled in front of the rental place, walked inside, waited while she sold someone a pop and checked another's lottery tickets, then told me the trailer doesn't belong out front and put it back where you got it... if you can. I was just checking back in relax. Sorry to disappoint her, I've been backing trailers up everyday for 38 years. With the multitude of UHaul facilities out there, you'd think they're have a better attitude.William M.

There was a line up when I went to pick up my scheduled rental from 9 to 3 pm. Due to the line up I was a half hr late getting my vehicle as this location is a variety store also and they serve their customers even if they are serving you. Not good customer serviceDavid P.

This occasion was actually really good. I made an online reservation with a smaller vehiclle because of the lateness that I did so. but I went to this store, having rented from them before to see if they happened to have something free, that wasn't on the website, Turns out they did! The lady even got on the phone with your company and switched my reservation to them and they're truck (which was bigger, and ended up being better). Really appreciate that they were willing to do that and took the time to smooth it out and get me the truck on the spot, it was fantastic. This people were also really nice (which is why (I returned). The rest of the experience was good. The truck was easy to drive and got all the stuff I needed moved. When I returned it, I got my deposit back with no problem. Super super smooth experience. Thank you!!!MATTHEWR W.

Customer service at pick up location was terrible. Waited half an hour in the store before someone checked me in. Very rude response when I questioned why they altered my plan that I had set up online prior (one way trip, leaving truck at different location). They told me to bring the truck back to them or don't take it at all, not exactly what you want to hear the morning you are moving. When we dropped it off they had lost me in the system and had to call the owner to the store to solve the problem taking another half an hour waiting around. There was also a dirty face mask in the truck when we first went in, ew. They also charged me 8 bucks for gas as I had to return the truck to their store as they demanded. Horrible experience and I will probably never use Uhaul again.Saedie M.

We returned the trailer and furniture dolly - we were told to bring the dolly inside as it was being rented later that day. Then we got a phone call accusing us of not returning it and that we would be charged. Had to speak with the person again and tell them to check their video. The online check in was good, but you should tell people about the "trailer inspection" at the time of reservation - not when checking in online. Thats too late to plan the inspection.Greg D.
