Hello, I had a serious issue yesterday regarding moving help order #97EBDB8C with the company J.E.S. We had agreed to meet at 9:30 AM. However, as it was getting close to 10:30, they repeatedly ignored my calls. Then at 10:40, they finally called back and told me they would be another 25 minutes late. We had reserved the elevator in our building until 11:00 AM for the move. Because of this delay, we had to contact multiple people and rearrange the elevator schedule, which also caused delays for other residents’ moves in the building. In order to load everything quickly enough to make the 11:00 deadline, we had to urgently find two other people and pay them nearly twice what we were originally supposed to pay. This company completely ruined my entire day. During all of this, I was also unable to reach U-Haul in any way. I tried the text support and callback options multiple times. I called many times, spent hours listening to hold music, and when I finally reached someone by chance, they transferred me to another department where I had to wait for hours again. You caused me physical, psychological, and financial harm. The fact that I could not reach you despite having a reservation and repeatedly trying to contact you was extremely unprofessional and unethical.

The uhaul had a leak, was very unstable, felt like there was no shocks in the truck and felt unsafe to drive.
Jeremy RDude treated us like a criminal when I declined insurance because I had my own which will cover me in a uhaul we booked it till 8am and the site said return it at 6am yet the store wouldn't have even been open and the ignorant female when we booked and the dude when we dropped it off where both rude as hell I would pull rentals out of there
Chase SThe second I mentioned I had a reservation he started a phone conversation with someone in another language. That’s fine, except he then became increasingly hostile to me. He started using the least English he could to get the job done, for example, instead of saying “could I have your license”, he just motioned at me and said “I need license”. By the end he wasn’t even talking English to me, he told me to sign in whatever language he was speaking! I had to guess what he wanted. Then it took him almost 5 minutes to find the key, all while being still on the phone. He just thrust it at me when he found it and waved me away like I was a nuisance to him, not even pointing out which one of 4 trucks it was. I had to figure it out from the cryptic clues on the key tag. I found the experience to be quite unpleasant.
Talesin TThe U Haul 10’ truck, that I had reserved the day before, was not at all ready for use. The accumulated snow had not been scraped or cleared off the front windshield at all …when I went back in to the Variety Store to ask for a snow brush (which I believe should have been in the truck regardless being that it is winter) the attendant said said he did not have one and to ‘Turn on the truck for 10 minutes and the snow would come off!’. I then asked to use the store’s snow shovel and I cleared the snow off the truck. The cab of the truck smelled of smoke and there was a used coffee cup in the holder! So not at all pleased.
