Reserved U-Haul 15" from Camden Tool rental prior to needing it at 8am on Saturday May 16th. Stopped by on Friday the 15th and was told that it would be available from a pawn shop on DeKalb Street in Camden. However their hours were 11am-3pm. Did not work with our time frame. Drove there Friday afternoon. Walked in door and was told the person before us just rented the trailer. Closest one would be in Bishopville or Dazell. Too far. Drove around corner and finally rented a 20" from BP gas station which took an hour to do since only one employee and had other customer. Your reservation system needs drastic improvement. Had to pay for extra day of having trailer.,
