Staff does not know the mobile check out /check in process and are very rude! Took 15+ minutes to get the keys. Will not return! I will go to Lugoff or Columbia NE.

I've rented here twice in 60 days. The main store associate is not familiar with mobile check out process. Both occurrences when we completed the standard mobile check out, took over 20-30 minutes to get the key. This time, just as the last, I completed the standard process as I have done for SEVERAL U-Haul trucks. I am showing the associate my mobile check in confirmation and he refused to accept it. When I try to explain the process (not sure why did I needed to do that) and he wasn't comprehending. He even threw his hand up at me as to signal to me to be quiet! Unacceptable and disrespectful. I ended up calling U-Haul to confirm my process was completed on my end, which they did and told me my truck was actually dispatched. I also had to report to U-Haul that the key wasn't being relinquished after 15 min of waiting. It wasn't until he got the store owner (who was apologetic) on the phone that he understood that I completed the mobile check in. Once again, I CLEARLY displayed this comfirmation to the associate and explained slowly. I even had to give him my phone to confirm. WHY would I need to do that? The check in process was just bad. The associate was unaware how the truck and lights worked, accused me of leaving the lights on. These are the lights that power off after a moment of turning off the truck, which it did. Thankfully, I took photo and video before leaving with and returning the truck, which Overall, this was a terrible experience and we will not return to this location!
Ernest BMake sure you check your receipt. They over charged me 69.03 and only refunded me 50!! And I am supposed to wait on a regional manager to call me but they couldn’t even tell me his name.
Monica WReserved U-Haul 15" from Camden Tool rental prior to needing it at 8am on Saturday May 16th. Stopped by on Friday the 15th and was told that it would be available from a pawn shop on DeKalb Street in Camden. However their hours were 11am-3pm. Did not work with our time frame. Drove there Friday afternoon. Walked in door and was told the person before us just rented the trailer. Closest one would be in Bishopville or Dazell. Too far. Drove around corner and finally rented a 20" from BP gas station which took an hour to do since only one employee and had other customer. Your reservation system needs drastic improvement. Had to pay for extra day of having trailer.,
