the fuel tank was not full when I took charge of the truck and It was hard for me to calculate the amount of fuel that I need to fill before returning. Also the previous person who hired the truck did not clean the driving cabin before giving back the equipment.Sandeep S.

- Service was late. Store was open but no Uhaul representative available to complete the pick up of truck. - I accidentally over filled the gas tank 1/4 above the needed to return. I pointed out that to the Uhaul representative asking for reimbursement; she said it was my problem. I lost an estimated $45 dollars. - Next time I will wait and use my location traditional at Queenway, ,Etobicoke where the service is always good, friendly and fair. It is far from my home but it is worth to go there.OSCARGILBERTO P.
It took so long for the rep to process my contract for the rental. Plus when I returned the van with an almost full tank of gas, they still charged me for fuel. Not going to that location ever again..katrina I.

My original booking was changed last minute, despite myself confirming my booking early in the afternoon. This issue required me to call after hours looking for last minute truck rentals. I was transferred to different representatives and voiced out my frustrations with this issue. I am very unhappy with the services that I have received from uhaul and will never rent trucks from this company ever again. This company almost made me miss my elevator booking.NICOLOEMMANUEL F.
The van was not clean or sanitized inside. It makes a loud noise from the motor and needs to be service badly. I would not recommend this location to anyone I know. I booked one price online and was a different price when I returned the vehicle. Customer service never answer the phone for over 2 hours I waited for a customer service representative.
