Booked for 1145 app would not work and had to call the customer service 5 tines to finally get the vehicle around 2am. Got charges for fuel when we put in more then there was when we got it. Very disappointed with the service.Kevin D.

Guy at the counter had no idea what he was doing. Took 30 minutes just to get the keys. I also got double charged.Isaac R.
When I arrived, I was told the system was down and they couldn't reach the UHaul person so even though I had a 10:30am reservation and had filled-out my drivers license and everything asked for online, the location wouldn't give me the keys. I had driven from Mississauga and had people lined-up to assist with move and I was on-time. Hasty Market person wouldn't do anything manually to resolve. Just before I was about to leave got a call from the UHaul person and he was able to resolve and he gave me some extra time given they had put me behind schedule. This is the reason I upgrade to a below average vs. poor rating. The truck did not have the furniture dolly I had reserved which created major further issues for me. The truck was provided at less than half full of gas. Another huge issue was the truck did not have a ramp!!! I had reserved a truck with ramp and again, this caused huge issues in the move. On a minor note, the speedometer was in Miles per Hour with km/hr in smaller print which made it difficult to know speed and is a minor safety issue as you need to look down longer at the gauge.SCOTT P.

Better instructions to open lock. I had to really slam the handle down to get lock to pop. Had to get on phone with someone. Location was not helpful but he was working alone and couldn't leave store due to customers. Pick up took an hour.Kim S.

When people reserve a vehicle online you should ask them then to submit a photo of their face and their license in advance and get their additional contact info. It took me 15 mins to do this when picking up the truck and taking all the required pics. At least tell people this so I could have came earlier and left on time. Also when using drop off service i had issues. Took all the pics and at the end an error occurred and told me to do it again in a few mins. Luckily store personnel told me not to worry and took care of it or I would have been extremely annoyed. People are already tired from moving and then they have to wait on online service disruptions and not know when it will work. I tried calling uhaul and could not even get through. Otherwise truck was good and price was very fair. Not a negative review just a definite need for improvements with the reservation process. Im a very patient person so if it bothered me a bit it would definitely bother others.Sara A.
