The dude tried to leave at 230pm despite knowing I picked up the truck in the morning, looked him in his face and said, "moves always go a little longer than planned, I'll try to be back for 1pm for the trailer" AND HE TRIED TO GO HOME KNOWING THE RENTAL WAS INCOMPLETE!!! my car was at the U-Haul location, it wasn't even 4pm and I have to listen to some chick at U-Haul telling me I'm late to pick up the trailer and he went home for the day. Then trying to rush me all while I literally just moved out of a big downtown apartment which was hell to do, in 100 degree heat and these fucks, excuse my language, can't wait until I get back to load the trailer and caused excessive unnecessary stress. He then charged me an extra $25 to secure my car to the trailer and the secure strap on the driver's tire was completely off by the time I made it to Texarkana an hour out of the city. Absolutely dangerous, absolutely ridiculous and terrible service over all. The trailer tires were also shit and one blew out before I made it to Nashville almost causing a major accident on the interstate. Which then I had to waste time waiting for a dude to come fix the blown tire. What exactly does load and unload mean when I purchase safe trip and then have to pay $25 cash to have dude not completely secure my car to the trailer almost causing a major accident, twice!!!!! Absolutely terrible, disaster, complete trash fire. 0/10 I'd like someone to call me and discuss a partial refund for all this chaos, I have photos of all incidents. Thanks

Kenya HI can’t think of anything that y’all could do to improve only because the pick up was easy. The drop off was just as easy. The U-Haul was clean. It was ready to go no issues. The individual in charge of this location did a phenomenal job with helping us pick up the keys and making sure we were set before we drove off, his customer service was top-tier. I recommend him to any and everybody!!!

Shannan WWas told the truck was full of gas when I got it. Got in and looked at the gauge and only had 3/4 of a tank. When I turned the truck in at the San Angelo location, I was told I didn’t need to go in and talk to anyone. I got the emailed receipt and was charged $10.50 for TWO gallons of gas!

olga gThere was no one there. Even though it said it was open, no one was working and the doors were locked. I needed help to unload the trailer, and there was no one to help me. I physically couldn’t lift the trailer to take it off the ball hitch, and the videos were no help. I almost called the fire dept to help me because I was so stuck and couldn’t lift the trailer.

Annette SHorrible interaction. I got there and had to wait 10-15 minutes for the guy to find some keys he missplaced. He also had the trailer parked behind a personal vehicle and he accused me of hitting the trailer with my hitch which caused the trailer to hit his car. Wasn't true and then he proceed to have a really ugly attitude. After arguing back and forth I told him I had a reverse hitch camera and I could see exactly where I was going. Guy kinda dropped it after that but he still wasnt costumer friendly after failing to blame me for his cars damage. Wouldnt recommend at all.
