Took over 1/2 hr to check in as his computer kept freezing. The truck had no fuel, then I was charged for it. Truck was so dirty, as leaked oil everywhere.

Maintain vehicles so the check engine light is not on, the passenger side door is not broken, the transmission shifts properly, the front suspension doesn’t feel loose for the 112,000 miles on this Arizona plated 15 ft truck and there’s more than a quarter tank of fuel.

I was in and out in quick order. The van was clean and in great working condition. It was great that the pick up/drop off location has a gas station. Upon returning the vehicle I could top up with gasoline, no running around to another location. Second time renting from this location

I had 1/3 tank of fuel when I picked up my truck. Not only is this massively inconvenient, basically having to re-fuel as soon as you get it, returning the vehicle at an equivalent fuel level is nearly impossible without overpaying. Which is why I assume you did it this way - to force people to pay more than they should. Shady stuff.

Very unimpressed with this location. The location itself is extremely dirty. Management was less than helpful, and extremely rude. I have always had a good experience with other uhual locations in the past, but this location needs to be shut down or a complete change of ownership FAST.

I booked a van online for a 7am pick up. I got a call the night before stating they dont open until 8am. I asked to do mobile pickup(which is what I wanted in the first place) was told that it wasn't an option. I arrived at 8am and there were people ahead of me. When it was my turn, he kept reaching over the counter and hitting buttons on the signature screen. I tried to use my Visa Debit, and was told I couldn't use it. Had to contact a friend to use thier card. After signing on the pad, I inquired for a copy of the paperwork and was told it would be emailed. I left at 830am. I got the van 1.5hrs after the time I originally booked for Got to the van and the interior was very dusty. I took pictures of the van including the dash fuel level and kms. I returned the van at 11am, 30min earlier than required. He came out to confirm the fuel level and kms. He asked me if I knew the starting kms. I told him I had taken a picture but my phone was dead. We went back in to complete the transaction. He told me a cost and I paid. I asked for paperwork and it would be emailed to me. A few hours later, after my phone was charged I checked my email. I was overcharged based on the kms I had. 17km difference. And if that wasn't enough, based on getting the van late, I wasn't able to make my first planned stop. Because of this, it cost me money. I am extremely frustrated with this whole transaction. I have never had such an issue before renting a van. I used live chat to ask for an email, so I could send this complaint. I was given this review page. I asked if the company would see it and reply to me. I was told they would. Here's hoping I get a response.

The truck was smelly and dirty (with a distinct smell of cigarette smoke). The person behind the front desk was pretty rude to the customer in front of us. We took pictures before we got in the truck in case we got accosted by the Rep at the counter for km's and charges just in case. Will not be returning.

I would like to report an issue with my recent rental experience. When I arrived at the pickup location, the vehicle’s fuel level was at one-quarter of a tank. The employee insisted that the fuel level was higher than that and attempted to charge me accordingly. I showed them the photos I had taken, which clearly confirm that the fuel gauge was at one-quarter, but they still insisted on charging me for more fuel. I have clear photographic evidence supporting my claim, and I believe this situation should be reviewed. I also encourage you to look at this location’s Google reviews. There are numerous complaints from customers describing similar experiences, where they felt they were being overcharged or treated unfairly. This appears to be a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and ensure that customers are charged fairly based on the actual fuel level. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

It seems very expensive this time I got one from another location and they discontinued per mile charge for first 50 miles here it was no discount so besides paying for rental it was per km charge as well as fuel charge and it amounts to a lot I don’t have anything else to report

U-Haul asked me to drop off the rental "at any other location" but when I got there I was told there was no room for me to park there. Terrible communication from Uhaul head office. Fortunately the gentleman at this location was able to move some things around and allow me to park there. Uhaul is a horribly managed company who gives little to no care about the user experience. The only reason people still use them is because there's no competition. They have no incentive to improve their user experience.

I rented a small truck from U‑Haul and had an excellent experience. The booking process was simple, the truck was clean, reliable, and easy to drive, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop‑off.

I found uhaul is very expensive now. I paid $150 +$ 40 oil . U haul is not affordable anymore. I drove 75 km and kept the uhsul for 8 hrs. I paid in total $190.

I was called 30 min before pickup and asked if I could pick up from another location. My husnlband was on route and I couldn't reach him. He was told the reservation was cancelled...not by me soooo that wasnt awesome. And then there was glass in the truck so we had to sweep out. So no its not my favorite place.

I appreciate the one-day charge, as I could not get back before he closed for the night on the day I rented it. I did get it back the next morning before 24 hours was up. Good location for me, a small Uber ride to get there and back.

The dealership charged me extra for gas then argued with me about how much was in the truck when we picked it up. We had just under a 1/4 tank of gas when we picked it up, and delivered it with just under a quarter tank. Ironically dealership is a gas station also. Poor customer service.

They over charged me and told me the first 50 km was free. Scammers. Also couldn’t change my drop off location and the app doesn’t work. Can’t get through to anyone on the phone. Never using this company again.
