Employee did no go over contract and mileage rates. I did not get a copy of the contract due to malfunctioning printer. Was not aware the quoted $1.19/mile changed to $1.49 due to weekend rate change. Was not advised we were supposed to take photos if the truck, license plate and odometer before leaving the lot. Received a text after arriving home, and the was unable to upload ohotos on UHaul program. I was told card would not be charged until truck return. I was not only charged for actual usage, but charged TWICE for the estimated bill. When I questioned it, I was told it would be released by UHaul once truck was returned. Truck was returned already. UHaul may release the hold, but that doesn't mean your card carrier will immediately. Over all a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Make sure to have ball size on the trailer description. I didn't see it. It wasn't a problem as I just ran and got another ball but it would be helpful to have it someplace I might have missed it as well

Terrible service, difficulty getting agent to return calls from voicemail, NO RESPONSE from emailed question.

Never received the furniture pads and they never respond to my calls. No one was available on site or by phone.

The only complaint would be the mushy mud zone where the pickup is located for the equipment. If I hadn't had a 4x4 truck I would have been stuck in the mud. Otherwise, the app made the drop off easy, and the manager who helped link me up was a nice gentleman.

Unlike the previous U-Haul truck we rented the service in Hedgesville was top notch

Person does not manage office. Doesn’t show up when scheduled. Pickup was very difficult and frustrating since person was not there. Had to call U Haul headquarters to get our truck. Lock box was difficult to open. We do not recommend this pick up location or person managing it.

I would highly suggest trailer stands!! I am 36yrs old and in good health. I had a very difficult time lifting and hooking trainer to the ball. I could only imagine what it would be like for an older woman/person in general doing this but also doing it alone. It would be impossible for them. 6’x12’ trailer is very difficult to move but you have them parked on a slight backwards decline hill. The lady at the desk was also no help and didn’t even care to inspect. Other than that the trailer was well maintained and perfect for what it was intended for.
