The owner of Firestone Tire and Auto Repair was pleasant, efficient and helpful. Truck was available as reserved; proper size at scheduled time. Rental fee was MUCH lower than Penske for comparable vehicle. Overall a very positive truck rental experience.Bruce E.

The pick up location was fine but it was not the one I requested, I had to travel 20+ minutes to an independent location vs the large Haul dealer 5 minutes from my house. I tried calling multiple times to get the location changed and tried online as well. Your system is very frustrating and the inability to speak to someone knowledgeable has left me unable to ever recommend Uhaul to anyone. I was given incorrect information that would have changed my reservation. When I booked the trailer it would not let me select fewer than three days, I only needed the trailer for 24 hours, I was told by both the UHaul dealer and Haynes Firestone that my bill would be adjusted at drop off for the shortened use. When we dropped the trailer off in Chicago I was told by the drop off location that I was all set and that they would email my receipt, I asked him for the new total and a copy and he told me I was paid in full and that no adjustments would be made because it was a one way flat fee??? How come nobody at either of the Cleveland locations that I spoke to knew this? I paid $127.00 for a trailer with bald tires for less than 24 hours. Had I known this was going to be the case I would have rented a Penske truck for a little bit more and put the miles on their vehicle. That fact that I was unable to speak to anyone at UHaul corporate was very frustrating as well, I called no less than 6 times to wait on hold indefinitely finally giving up each time.John K.

They mix my contract up with somebody else charge his account and it's been 3 days I have not received any money back for the deposit I put on the truck the people there was very slow. had U- Haul reservations for 2/16/2019. I rented a ten feet truck from Haynes Firestone Garage located at 13404 Miles Avenue Cleveland, Ohio 44105. I have always trusted U- Haul when i move. I moved from Arkansas to Ohio. I had the most pleasant experience which have kept me coming back for years. The last experience was the worst i have had encountered with U Haul. Upon entrance, I wasn't greet. It was more like what do you want. The truck was dirty with food left in it. The adjustment lever was broken. I wasn't able to adjust my seat to a comfortable driving level. I pointed this out at the time of rental and she said to drive leaning forward. I took of work just to handle my business on this day. I will alays trust U Haul when moving but I will never go back to this location.annie H.

It was not this location- however the first pick up location assigned to me did not have a working phone number and I had no way to get in contact with them. Please make sure to get an updated number or remove them as one of your locations. All Hart AutoTED III B.
Always cross the safety chains so if the trailer disconnects, the chains will catch the hitch and prevent it from digging into the pavement and flip the trailer. Also, have your staff check the ball on the tow vehicle itself for tightness of the nut and wear on the ball threads. While towing, the nut fell off and the trailer detached from the receiver. Only because we insisted on crossing the trailer chains did we not have a major accident. It never occurred to us to check to ball and nut itself. Lesson learned and shared so hopefully it won't happen to someone else!Charles T.

This was not the location or time I wanted/needed. I received the info 1 day before I was moving and had already had the logistics planned out. The service rep at this location was more than helpful and friendly and none of this was his fault. I would have like the other location better, 1 mile from my house and open later. The customer service people were friendly and helped resolve the problem quickly, but it should have been prevented. The charges were never disclosed to us we got charged for a service that we never agreed to.They never went over the bill with us. Now we have to pay the bill b4 a refund. Makes no sense we were over charged almost 50 dollars. SMDH. I will never rent from here again. I will never ever recommend anyone here...Anthony F.
Customer service was terrible! First, I was booked to a location that was abandon, then they didn't have truck at alternate location and made us wait in line 45 min after telling guy at register our situation he said oh you have to call 800-go-uhaul I got hung up on twice while trying to find a truck. Young lady victoria@customer had bad attitude and didn't want to help and she even canceled our discussion about the price of the truck, so when finally got to location to get truck the lady that didn't knew how to use computer said the adjusted price wasn't in computer, anther half hour wasted! Had to call back and spoke with lady who says that last rep canceled the adjusted price our of system, so she had to redo everything. The lady they had working there wasn't computer literate , she was asking me to help her get to a screen to make changes that customer service rep quoted me on. They kept my entire $100 deposit for cleaning when the truck wasn't dirty, as well as cleaning mud off tire. This was a 9 am reservation, that inconvenienced me 4 hours, when I finally got a truck.Worst experience! I'm waiting on supervisor to contact me about this TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!erica M.
