I canceled an order, because we were not going to make it to pick up on the 17th. So then we reserved on for the 18th. I still have a charge for the 17th rental that I have to dispute with my bank. Plus I was charged 3 times for the 18th pick up. The 18th pick up was credited back to my account, thankfully. Plus the system was down on Sunday. So it made our check in time consuming.Scott R.

The outside of the truck was very dirty. Windshield was filthy. Cargo interior was clean (enough) Truck pulled to left, (oncoming traffic) Note: this truck measured more miles from A to B than our personal pickup and goggle maps.GEORGE K.

My experience with UHaul was so infuriating that I will be slow to use UHaul again, if ever. The problem IS NOT with my location. They were very helpful and professional. The problem was with the app and the information provided and required to complete my order, the poor customer service on national phone lines, and the relative value of the rental. I think the only thing I would suggest is that there be loops installed in the back of the truck. I had bungee cords to secure things and had a very difficult time getting them around the wooden bars. Other than that it was a great rental and fulfilled my needs. Thank you.Terri R.

As I got onto the highway the 26 ft truck was vibrating and jumping all over the road I had to find a number to contact I haul as I pulled over as I had just got on the road and experienced all this chaos with a giant truck that should have been gone over so I called they told me it would be an hour before someone would show up when they did he told me it's Sunday no places open thought it was tire issue and to drive 55 instead of 75 on the highway that was very disappointing as I was 4 hours from home with a I haul that had a major issue full of household large items . Seems u haul needs to better maintain their equipment .Jedediah P.

The reason I put average on location is because I had to drive a few miles out of my way to get to it. You cannot have a U-Haul on every corner, but it would be nice when you need one.DARREL KEITH E.

They were SUPER nice and so helpful. The Uhaul representative that I ended up talking with (at UHaul NOT at Healy) was sooo not nice. The phone number they texted me was 269 628-8088. I wanted to talk with someone at Healy to speak with someone actually at the location. The rep couldnt get through and would not leave a message for me. The actual number is 269 628-2584. If I had been given that number would have been so nice! I had to look it up myself... the Uhaul rep was so not nice.Beth C.
I was blown away by their customer service. I arrived and before I even got out of my truck, there was a person their to hook up the trailer. When I returned later that afternoon, same thing. I never once had to touch the trailer; they hooked it up from start to finish. Never had that happen before! I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick up the trailer from this location but they made it seem not as bad. Highly recommend Healy's!TIMOTHY B.

You have way too much paperwork and questions. Your website on both sides is cumbersome. You could make renting a truck or trailer much easier. I started by reserving on-line and still asked to verify more than should be necessary. Especially since I have been renting on a regular basis. I do like the fact that we do have a Uhaul in our town. And almost always have the equipment I am looking for. I just don't need to be asked about needing help or dollies etc.Rick S.
