TODD JThey charged me gas that was already loaded in the vehicle. I charged 18 dollars of gas and they charged me 28 dollars more, Even tho I returned the truck in the same gas level it was given to me. I need my refund for those 28 dollars. Thank you.

VINCENT HFacility has NO room for the trucks. If you drive up with a truck, especially the large one that we had, there's no place to put it, so we just left it parked in the way of other trucks. I even had to back my own vehicle down the drive in order to get out to the road. It's a VERY bad setup for keeping U-Haul trucks.

JAMES GWe had trouble with the app. Why is U-Haul calling my emergency contact for a reference? My daughter did not recognize the number. Had I known it was a for a reference, I could have told her. I couldn’t get approval on your freaking app to pick up the rental. After much time and dealing with your company, I got the truck. Late for the people we hired to load it. Very aggravating and won’t rent from U-Haul again
Kelly NWas not expected to pick up here was asked by U-Haul to pick up here. Had to self check in and the app was garbage no. No explanation on how to use or the fact that I even had to do that because no one told me at the new location. They just changed it without my consent. Truck was below 1/4 so after an hour of messing with the app I had to go get fuel immediately. They then changed my drop off location to a town 2 hours away without my consent and I then had to change it 3 times because of miscommunications on U-Haul side. Then yall tried to. Charge me extra mileage for a trip that I’ve done before with the same U-Haul without issue I’m just over it.
