I got ripped off on the gas. I filled it to the exact level it was when I picked it up, yet by dropping it off after hours, and not having it physically checked in, I miraculously had over $50 worth of gas and charges added to my final bill. What a racket.

JOHNNY SReserved truck, 2 furniture Dollie’s and 36 blankets 1 week from date needed. I used self check out system for pickup as the hours were prior to the location being open. Truck was good but I was missing the Dollies and Blankets. Contacted customer line who created another reservation for a different store (different city) I would have to get supplies from. This was a In town move so I was charged Mileage once vehicle was returned. I arrived at the storage place for equipment and they only had One appliance dolly no furniture dolly. Being that I had people be at my house waiting to help move I had to take what I could get. Upon return back to original store I spoke with the customer service representative at the desk and explained situation. He says oh well they only provide truck during self check out and no equipment and that’s just how it is. I stated I should be deducted the difference in mileage and some fuel (I paid $35) for having to go get my own supplies from another city. If supplies are not included in self check out the customer service representative on the phone should not have to ability to submit the reservation.

I am expecting a refund on this rental and the cleaning fee you tried to charge me in regards to putting that the truck was not suitable for the next family.
TIFFANY AI was charged a $30 gas refill fee even though I returned the truck with the gas meter on the same level it was when I took it.

Johnny MThe A/C BROKE AS I was on my trip to pick up my move I called UHaul and was told I would have to bring it back to location which didn't have a replacement I called there first uhaul told me to wait for roadside at 97 degree with no A/C "REALLY " OTHERWISR RENT ANOTHER PAY TWICE this was the only time I could take off work to move and had a schedule I asked for a manager I was told he'd call ne it going on 5 days I paid over $200. Should have more consideration for customers
SONIA CI would suggest cleaning the cabin. There were ants and roaches which made it really hard to focus on the driving. Other than that, everything was good and all three gentlemen were very helpful and attentive.

Matthew ZUsing U-Hauls self service checkout was easy and convenient since the location was closed the day I needed the truck. However, I had ordered a dolly with my rental and the equipment wasn't in the truck when I picked it up. My advice would be that if you're planning on renting from this location, make sure you do so on a day that they are open so you can talk to someone if your rental is missing something by any chance.

I flew in from Georgia to clearmy storage and no other trucks were avail.Rice was left on the floor. The back of the truck was fifty and dirty with debries left in the back. It is terrible how this trucks cab was left dirty and it was rented to another person.

Nakeshia OThe truck was filthy inside the cab. At the rental desk er were advised that they do not clean the vehicles and I quickly realized why a point was made of this. The cab was disgustingly dirty to the point that I showered immediately after returning the vehicle. YUCK!! The starter was bad and I had difficulty starting it a couple of times, the suspension was shot and we felt every bump in the road. The facility was great but the equipment was poor. I would have requested another vehicle if one had been available.
DAWN WAsked to pick up in person. Got a call the NIGHT before my move that I had to Drive to a new location to mobile pick up a van. Van had dirt all in the bottom, I paid $10 for packing blankets that weren’t in the van. Took 30 min to figure out the mobile pick up. Hired movers via uhual to help when I got to Jacksonville, who had me on their schedule to help unload 2 DAYS after my truck rental date. Won’t be using uhual again.

NARASIMHAN SThe service at this location was great, but there is an infestation of roaches in the cabin of the truck. When returning the truck and doing the questionnaire, I selected that the unit needs to be cleaned before being used by another family. I selected that because of the roaches in the cabin of the truck. The roaches were there before I used the truck, so I am confused why I am being charged a $25 cleaning fee. I am trying to get that fee removed from my bill before it is processed, but I have not been able to get in touch with a U-Haul representative.
