This location was incredible. Tammy could not have been better. Especially considering this was NOT my scheduled drop off location. My location on my contract was Causeway Marathon 2829 US Hwy 301 S Riverview FL 33578. When I pulled in there the man came out, looked at the truck and REFUSED to take it. He said he had no room! I told him this was NOT my problem. I showed him my contract and he said it did not matter. A huge storm was approaching and he said I needed to drive around the corner to a UHaul facility. He was horrible. I said to give me the address and he said he did not have it and assured me it was like 1/4 mile away. I drove to where he said in pouring rain and no UHaul signs were there. I then used GPS and found this other location. They were AWESOME and helped me out and took my piece of junk truck. I will NEVER rent a truck from UHaul again. It is Penske for me from now on. This man at the original drop off should lose his contract. Crappy service and not willing to even give me a phone number or address.

Have to reserved vehicles available like they are supposed to be. We had to go to two different locations and still did not end up with what we reserved. And then we got charged a higher rate due to differences in vehicle size.

This has absolutely nothing to do with where I eventually picked the vehicle up, but everything to do with where I initially had my reservation . The location were closest to my home, and it was my preference. Why? Because they have always know how to treat me there, with the upmost respect. I have tired of U haul giving me the DAMN run around, every time I go to pick up my vehicle, as if my DAMN time is not IMPORTANT. This has happened time and time again, very unprofessional.

I was told I would be charged $14 dollars for insurance, but I was charged $40. He said they could only fix that at the other end of my trip but they did not and charged me more.

My card was billed twice and they couldn't refund my balance on the card, so they billed my 2nd card and now my account is over drawn. I'm not happy at all. It was a really bad experience. But the sales person was nice. And so was the man that tried to resolve the issue

I was very unhappy with this location, charging me additional for gas when the drive was returned with more gas than when it went out. As I thought I was a valued customer with this company, I thought until my truck return. I spoke with Scott at the location he seems incompetent unable to provide a receipt. I also spoke with region manager John,which I sent pics of the gas level upon leaving and re turning, and he still wanted proof of gas receipt. Which was provided,. I felt like they were both calling me a liar. I will not rent from this location again and will spread the wordc to all about the dishonest employee at this location that represent your company. I would like my refund in full for the over charged gas about ASAP.
