The truck was in horrible condition. It should not be on the road and delayed our move since driving it was extremely hard. I would never recommend this location. Also the self check in process was very tedious and parts of it did not work properly. It took forever after reviewing the contract to get back to us. I tried to chat with someone online and no one ever answered my questions. I do not think I would never use UHaul again.

This is the second time picking up at this location and both times it took up to an hour to get help and get the truck. Such a waste off time especially when you are on a time crunch. One time I wasn’t able to use my international drivers license either and needed someone else to pick up the rental.
Eric VThe location was great, however Uhaul as a corporation is repulsive. I've been screwed in the past but this was the last time. I will never use or recommend uhaul to anyone. In fact I'm on a sole mission to spread the word about how utterly horrible you are. Fuck you u-haul and fuck the manager Nathan Monroe at the Kingston location. Never again. I'll carry my shit before you get a penny from me.
