You sent me a text telling me to take "before" pics of the van just 4 minutes before my pick-up deadline! I was obviously busy during those 4 minutes and didn't see that text until I was already home. By then, the prompt to take the pics had expired. I was wary of this when I dropped it off, and took the "after" pics without a problem. Otherwise the van was nice and the service was efficient. Thanks.

Santanu BThere wasn’t any where to park and not only that they charged me for the gas and lied that that I smoked weed in the vehicle which was false. When the person sent me the video you couldn’t see weed any where. Not only that I got charged the gas. The gas gauge was on the same level as I received it. I understand the extra days but there was a snow storm that wouldn’t allow me to drop it off in time.
