Employee (Bob) was very friendly and professional. He made the transaction very smooth. Cargo trailer (6 X 12) appeared almost new and was very clean.Donald S.
rental location was not at all helpful. had trouble completing the "paper work" on the computer, kept losing the information while making reservation as well as pick up. Unable to print reservation. Obviously operator did not know the software. Took almost an hour to make reservation and 40 minutes to complete the paper work on pick up. Did not advise in advance that smart phone was a necessity. Unable to help with smart phone. Unable to offer suggestion if smart phone had been unavailable. Poor customer attitude. Had to give credit card information twice. This has nothing to do with the pick up location. It has to do with uhaul corporation. It didn't take long for my money to be taken out of my account, but when It came to getting my refund, I'm still waiting.Brenda P.
Return center was great. However on the way over to the center to return the truck I got a text from uhaul. They wanted me to change the return place to one that was about 40 min away. I said no that is was too inconvenient and that my contract said to return it to Hillsboro. Well they changed it any way and it took about 20 min for Hillsboro to get it straightened out. Otherwise truck was great did real well with the load and tow, would rent from uhaul again.Michael W.
No accessories at this location. I rented cable straps, bungee cords and a dozen blankets. Was told when I picked trailer up they don't have them at this location. Should not be an option on your website. I was hauling vintage furniture and needed the heavy moving blankets as well. Also when u registered on line I picked the drop off location off your website. When I picked up the trailer the employee told me that drop off location was not an option. Then why was it an option on the website. Funny thing is when the receipt printed out it was on there. The employee was just interested bin getting off and checking his camera for deer for hunting season. Drop off location was fine.Marianne R.

This truck really surprised me, it had just over 16k miles. It steered very well and when I had to move up in traffic it had plenty of power. It was smooth riding as well. I hit some heavy rain storms and it handled well. It's been years since I drove a uhaul truck and my last experience wasn't so good. This one was awesome. I would highly recommend Uhaul as the truck rental of choice. The locations for pickup and drop off were much more convenient than Ryder or Penske. Thank you for a great move.
