There was a mix up in the pick up time of about 2 hours. The site is unmanned and you have to call and wait for them to show up. Also the phone number on the U-Haul website is incorrect. I had to do some investigation to acquire the correct number.Peter F.

Turned in my rental August 1st. Follow instructions as the Sears was closed when we got there. Someone dropped the ball and I later received a bill for $935 for not returning my rental for 20 days past agreed return date. The paperwork explained that I dropped at the wrong location so they didn't know it was returned. Soon calling it was determined that I dropped at the right location but no one followed through with registering the return. So it just sat there. I will never use u-haul again!Dawn G.
Your app sucks. I couldn't check in via the app and it cost me a 20$ "convenience fee". The location was fine. Uhaul sucks. Tried to call customer service and it was a 90 min wait. Sounds like a gouging business modelMatt H.
I was extremely disappointed because the u haul truck I rented was filthy inside and out. What really annoyed me more there are 7 more clean u haul trucks was parked at the parking lot.ALEXANDER T.

We walked in and they said okay go hook up your car carrier. I had to beg for help since I did not know how. This is inside a gas station and there is no one that seems to know anything about uhaul. I had to ask a farmer for help. The trailer was FILTHY and covered in black grease. My hands are still stained.Jordyn M.

I returned my uhaul on time but didn't do the check in until I had locked the truck. I couldn't get a picture of the dash so I ended up getting charged 3 times as much as I was supposed to. I will not be using uhaul again unless this is Rectified.Bryan S.

Staff person was not trained and I lost 35 minutes on a busy day to have the person call support and they walked through the process. I did not get the utility dolly I requested and got a regular dolly instead. I ordered 12 pads and there were only 2 in the truck. I asked for the cost of my purchase to be reduced and was denied.Aaron W.
I had a 9:00 appt to pick up a truck. Employee onsite said the owner-Ray was running late and would be there soon. Employee couldn't help me. tried multiple times to reach owner to get guidance to help me, but Ray stopped responding to texts and his voicemail was full. He arrived after 10:15 and it took only minutes for him to find my reservation and get my keys. (Clearly could have instructed the employee to do this had he answered his phone) When handing over the keys he told me to â€œscadattleâ€ as I was obviously in a hurry! OMG. When I told him he was unprofessional he threatened to take the keys back if I didn't leave. The truck assigned to me had a chunk/tear on the back tire and was unsafe to drive. Ray gave me keys to a different truck, said I was good to go and I left. I drove from Ellensburg to Seattle and when I tried to return the truck at the scheduled drop off, I found out Ray had failed to register the new truck info on my contract and this created many problems for Seattle as they had no record of me driving a different truck. John in Seattle spent nearly an hour on the phone with uhaul trying to sort everything out. Turned out my contract had been canceled by Ray. He also sent me out in a truck that was supposed to be a local only rental and wasn't supposed to leave ellensburg. John/uhaul had to redo another contract which proved to be difficult as I was driving a local only rental that has limited use mileage and I had driven over 150 miles. The computer was trying to charge me per mile. Hopefully, it was sorted out correctly. I will know more when I check my credit card charges.Tamara C.

The equipment was fine. Unfortunately It took close to an hour to pick up truck because service person seemed unfamiliar with the check-in process. Secondly, I was not informed that there was a Safe Move insurance that would be charged to my account. Thirdly, the service person left in the middle of my return of the truck before giving me a verification. And fourth, the service location did not return calls on days prior to pick-up when left a call-back message; in fact the number listed in the text message has been disconnected, and I had to make calls to find the new number. In the past we have had very good service with U-Haul.gloria B.
Train the associates make sure equipment is in working condition and not charge double when switching to a none broken truck . Not happy I got charged for both rigs and have to wait to talk to uhaul to get reimbursed.Jill B.
The whole process of schedule and reserving a truck is ridiculous. I schedule and made a reservation 2 weeks prior to our move date. After getting the call to â€œconfirmâ€ I was told there was NO available trucks and the closest one was Moses lake. This was 36 hours before I needed the truck for the move that was dependent on me needing the truck. Ultimately this was resolved in time but the stress due to having to scramble and call multiple â€œschedulingâ€ centers was ridiculous.DAVID D.
We were scheduled to pick up the U-Haul at 9am. no one was at the store until 9:30. It then took the guy at the store 45 minutes to get us checked out. We had people waiting to help us move. Not happy.Garrett R.
