The website was having issues. I couldn't log in to extend the reservation and had to call, almost a 30 min wait. The site recognized my device (my name was on the screen) wouldn't accept my password and wouldn't send a reset code to my phone or email. I was worried about the return process because of the log on issue, but that worked out fine without logging in.MICHAEL G.

The door was jammed and wouldn't open so I couldn't get the couch into the van. Before I came back, I filled up the tank completely with 5+ gallons of gas even though I only went 7 miles total â€” but they said it was full when I got it (not true, it was 7/8 full when I got in. We had to bring the uhaul back without using it to transport anything and they wouldn't even refund or let me reschedule a ride. The back door was unjammed when we got back so they just wrote me off entirely. Extremely angry and ripped off.STEFAN B.
Have a better mobile experience that is backed up by an agent that is present during normal business hours. Also have the people that answer the phone, when you cant reach agent at the business, be able to close out the transaction.Oscar V.

Jennifer was excellent! I had screwed up and rented a 10' truck when I needed a 15' truck and Jennifer came through with a replacement. The truck itself was excellent; perfectly aligned - except when parking it felt like I was driving an SUV. Please give Jennifer a raise!ROBERT M.

The guy in the office at Honore was great and really helpful. And I definitely needed him because the check-out and check-in process was abominable. I have rented a lot of cars and trucks in my life and I have never had a more difficult and complicated process. I arrived early and I couldn't even get off the lot until 25 minutes after my appointment started. And a lot of that was taking information that I had already supplied when I made the reservation and ridiculousness like having to CALL A THIRD PARTY!?!?! There are lots of other options out there now and I will not be using U-haul again if this is how hard you are going to make things.Leah L.

I mentioned that the gas tank which read full was not full when we picked up the van. I know this as we put 6 miles on the van and when I went to gas up on our return, I stopped after putting 2 gallons in the tank. The paper work required to rent the van seemed tedious.ARTHUR M.

Initially, the location we chose next to our apartment was not able to locate the truck we reserved. UHAUL rerouted us to 3215 W Lawrence at a later time. This location had a vehicle and was kind enough to not charge us the after hour return fee due to the mix up. Efficient and easy to work with, thank you.Ryan M.
Parking is a pain in the but here. How are you supposed to bring in a truck into these small side streets and park in a tiny alley? The guys working there were great. For the parking issue alone, I would not recommend this location for picking up or dropping off a truck.Salman A.
Matt and Matthew were so professional and nice. My girlfriend and I have been to a lot of different truck rental places, and this is by far the smoothest and best service we've received. They don't make you feel dumb about anything and they make everything as clear as possible. It's rare to get great customer service these days, but the Matt and Matthew at Honore definitely went above and beyond.Jordan M.

It's definitely a smoother process when going through an actual Uhaul rather a 3rd party. I find there are a bit more hiccups when I go through a 3rd party. Although today's person was helpful, it's definitely easier renting through an actual Uhaul.LAURA H.

The app check in process take a while, especially the review portion. I was standing in the hot parking lot for 20 minutes while on the customer service chat waiting to be approved.Nathaniel C.
The drop-off process was a bit confusing and long with the return truck website section acting up (spent about 35 minutes at the key drop off box). Also still confused with the total charge as I was charged about $50 (when website showed $35 when the reservation was made) at the pick up, and paid about $70 at drop off (some confusing fees).Omar H.

The location is great, but the facility is terrible. Vehicles are stored in a filthy, muddy alley, which you are forced to walk around multiple times in to take pictures of the vehicle before renting. :(Paul R. W.
Not having a U-Haul rep there is not a great thing. I did a reservation where everything was done online/via the app and just as I expected there was an issue (reserved from 9-1 and showed up at 10 and it said my reservation was expired. Had to call and that took 20 mins).MARTY S.

the alley was dark, hard to see the truck to check for damage, lockbox area was dark as well. the facial verification took too long, it was -4 windchill outside with no quick place to duck inside for cover. these pickup locations need to be vetted moreDylan P.
The website does not mention that the place is closed. The trucks are in the alley behind the building with very little information about how to get the vehicle. I had to make 3 phone calls to get the information needed to get the keysfrank F.

This location is an ALLEY!! The alley is full of cars from the construction crew that is demolishing the old facility. This should be disclosed when booking. Also the locks on the lock boxes are old and requires a lot to open. When i had trouble opening the lock; I called the number for assistance and was told "Ive never been to the location so i don't know what the lock looks like. Let me call someone else and call you right back"Stephanie T.
