You could improve by making sure the vehicles are maintained properly and inspected property and not just passed on to the next customer in line. We had the worst experience of our life. The truck was not maintained the front end and wheels where so out of balance making for a hazardous ride we complained but not one bothered to ever follow up with us. This is not good business at all very disappointed 😡

Truck had a semi empty GatorAide bottle in cab. Wouldn't object but saw a clean up charge on my bill. Have used uhaul for years and never had such a charge. Back was clean when I left it along with cab except bottle which I didn't put in or take out. Not happy about this. I rent twice a year typically this location around Christmas but will not in future and will let all my friend know. Along with Google and Yelp reviews
Everything went fine. They were very helpful getting me hooked up and making sure the equipment was properly attached and all lights were working.
They do not explain things well, Rented a pick-up truck, to be safe estimated that I would return it around 6:30 pm. I was told they would be closed by then and instructed to use the key drop box when I returned. I ended up getting everything done by 4:00 pm, and I did as instructed. I get the bill and they have charged a $20.00 After Hours Fee....Failed to mention that if they were still open I needed to go inside to counter to return keys. Failed to mention the $20.00 after hour fee and its also not on the rental contract.... PERIOD.

For some reason, the person who prepares the paperwork assumes that the customers know all the U-Haul rules and regulations. The first time he charged me $20 for dropping it off after-hours.(I understand it says that on the paperwork, but I wasn't aware of the extra charges) He NEVER explained to me anything, just asked to sign 4 pages. Never let me know if I drop it after the store closes it will be extra charges, although I told him I can bring it either in the morning or at night. The second time he charged me for 3 days of rental, but I had it just for a day and a Half. That is a BAD business. Will not recommend this place to ANYONE

Left turn signal was out, small thing but can be a major factor on the road driving switching lanes. Outside of the minor/major detail I was very satisfied and will be back again
Meghan and Serenity were amazing both times I rented this week. When the trailer I was assigned the second time was damaged and could not be hooked up correctly, they made sure that the replacement was hooked up and safe before re-doing the contract. They are great representatives for Uhaul company customer service.

Was charged for fuel when the tank and gauge was full. How can it be that I was charged for 2 gallons of fuel when it was only driven a total of 11 miles. Guess I should have stayed for a check in and not just took the attendants word that all was good.
Half the trailers side markers did not work and the licence plate light was hanging down. The location did not have the appliance dolly I reserved. On the positive side, the store associate was very helpful and pleasant.
