I booked the drop-off in Foley., AL. When I showed up they had a "CLOSED" sign on the door. I tried calling them and nobody would answer so I left a voicemail. I tied calling U-Hauls 1-800 number and nobody would answer. I dropped the trailer myself at the Foley yard. I got a call 3 hours later saying they weren't actually closed but were "in the back". Then I got another call saying it was supposed to have been returned to the Elberta location, 20 minutes away!!!! You guys need to do a better job with your online bookings.
