The service was friendly at the reception desk but I booked for 15 feets truck but I've received 10 feets truck, in addition I paid for the truck renting, I paid also an extra for each mile done then I paid to fill up the truck with gaz , too much expensive and I won't deal with you again and not recommend it to anyone. Thanks

J'avais réservé un camion en février pour lavoir le 18juin a st hyacinthe. On m'appelle le 17juin pour me dire qu'il n'y a pas de camion a st-hyacinthe et qu'il en reste seulement 1 a trois rivière. On demenage le lendemain, nous navons pas trop le choix. Afin de compenser un rabais est proposé sur le camion et le kilométrage et nous pouvons aller le chercher le 17 avant 17h. Bon parfait ma conjointe et moi prenons notre après midi de congé pour aller chercher le camion et ne pas retardé notre déménagement prévu le lendemain matin. En route pour Trois-Rivières on nous appelle pour nous dire qu'il n'y a plus de camion de disponible et qu'il n'y peuvent rien d'appeler U-Haul. On appelle U-Haul, apres 32 minutes d'attente Roco nous répond et nous arrenge le coup pour le camion de Trois-Rivières merci roco! Nous avons finalement eu un camion, mais aucun rabais n'a été appliqué. L'assurance était même le double que le prix que javais pris sur ma reservation. Donc ça nous as coûter 2 après-midi de congé, 80$ de gaz pour faire Trois-Rivières/Saint-Hyacinthe et vraiment beaucoup de stress. Je n'avais jamais eu de problème par le passé mais cette foos ça a vraiment été l'horreur, je ne recommanderai plus jamais U-Haul à personne.

Malgré une réservation de 5 jours d avance la remorque était pas disponible Beaucoup d excuse de leur part !!! Et beaucoup d argent dépenser pour rien et du monde qui ce sont déplacer aussi pour rien ..... des excuses c est une choses mais quand ça coûte del argent c est autre chose !!! Planifier vos affaires et arrêter de faire perdre le temps et de l argent au client .... !!!!

If something is reserved weeks in advance make sure you provide the product. Also make the check in call and every thing the night before an early pick up.

Avoir un service plus rapide quand on appelle. On attend TROP longtemps avant que l'on nous réponde. Il a fallu que j'appelle à trois reprises pour avoir une copie de ma facture. A part ceci, le reste dans son ensemble était bien.

No truck was allocated to my reservation, I wasted 30 minutes inside the store and had to redo a contract, which was never taken into account in billing. The automated return was slow and buggy. I had to call customer service for a question and I was told the store only has 1 key per truck, which is probably the worst business practice in a truck rental company that I have ever heard of, or quite simply a racket to charge customers for new keys. Ridiculous.

First I was request to pickup my location 1 hour away of my first choice. Second no one have inspect the véhicule before I took it Once at destination I realize that there was no ramps to get in the truck. So I call and I lost more then 2 hours trying to reach someone. Once I had the line. The lady hung up on me. Tree Once I have load my truck and I finally reach someone the lady on the phone told me to drive to Boisbriand to trade my truck. Once I arrive at 5 pm no one new about my problem The manager wasn't really ready to help me After losing another 20 minutes someone told him to make a new bill And make I return off the vehicle now my bill is way more expensive that I have expect First bill 375$ and they charge me another 175$ on the exchange WoW that what we call shit service

The UHaul app will not let you finish the drop off process unless you pay 15$ for the cleaning even in the equipment is clean. My advice: return the equipment during the opening hours only!

Well, the back tires on the passenger side were so old that I could not even move the truck on the snow. I had to call the company and go get another truck. It was pretty dangerous and not even legal to be on the road with used tires like that (said the police who say that). So inspect you trucks PLEASE

First of all, An employee denied my location because I had a valid paper-version of my drivers license (Delivered by SAAQ Québec. So then lost 3 hours of my time trying to find a driver for my Uhaul. Next, most of the the trucks where real stuck in thick ice and woldn't move at all. We recieved absolutely zero helps from any of your employees. Struggled for over an hour trying to get it out of there. Then, was told that the employee had messed up, because I, in fact, could rent the truck with my paper drivers license. On top of that, the information of the truck on the paper did not match our truck's information at all.. not the KM, not the gas level. Very confusing. So Every step of your service was absolutely horrible today. Very dissapointed & will be filling a complaint. Paid over 450$ For a whole shitshow.

The app definitely needs to be improved. I couldn't take a picture until I tried logging into my account inside the browser in my phone (not the app). When returning the truck, clicking on return my truck gave me a "service unavailable" message. Unacceptable.

Make sure your online check in is fully capable of handling canadian driver's license information, and drop off location registering. It took too long at the desk just because everything had to be re-entered and verified.

the truck was dirty, the tires are not suitable and you cannot exceed 70 km/h because the car is shaking. the tires seem to want to stall. I was afraid of having an accident so it is not in good condition

The representative I dealt with seemed lazy and interested. The ice wasn't scraped off the windshield of the truck. They were not prepared for me even though I checked everything on line. Also, no one mentioned the place would be closed when I got back and what to do. Very poor customer service.

J'ai loué une remorque fermée. Je fais une inspection de celle-ci. Les 2 pneus sont très usés. Je vérifie une deuxième unité, il y a un pneu à plat. Je vérifie une troisième unité, il y a un pneu presque neuf et un pneu très usé. Je vérifie une quatrième unité, il y a 2 pneus d'été neufs. J'ai choisi cette unité. Une chance qu'il y avait beaucoup d'unités sur place. J'avais 2 heures de route à faire, avec une bonne quantité de neige sur les routes. Une remorque fiable est importante dans ces conditions. Pour de courtes distances l'usure des pneus est peut-être moins importante, mais il n'en reste pas moins que cela doit être sécuritaire. Je recommande quand même ce centre de location. Mais on doit faire quelques vérifications. Merci.

La formule pour remettre le niveau d'essence comme celui reçu au départ est difficile à évaluer et on finit souvent avec un excédent d'essence. Serait plus simple si le véhicule était plein au départ et au retour.

Il y a eu un bris durant mon déménagement fait par hop sur ma commode de chambre neuve. De plus, ma couverture de lit ne m'a pas été remise. Les déménageurs sont partis avec elle croyant que c'était une couverture de déménagement. J'ai fait la demande de retrouver ma couverture, mais on ne m'a jamais rappelé. J'ai relancé et je suis toujours sans nouvelle. Je souhaite être dédommager rapidement. Jean-Sébastien Cardinal.
