Joel T.J'ai due attendre la confirmation téléphonique du responsable de Shawinigan car il n'était pas certain de pouvoir être disponible (et ce malgré ma réservation directement sur le site). J'ai été chercher la remorque le lendemain, elle était prise dans un banc de neige, j'ai due déneiger le toit et la porte coinçait lors de son ouverture et sa fermeture. Je loue souvent et c'est ma pire expérience Client...
